Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant due to an unpleasant event that occurred on the last evening: the presence of a cockroach in the shower. I immediately notified the reception, who offered to clean the shower. The location is attractive, beautifully decorated and centrally located, with elevator access to the accommodation apartments. The unit is presented as a DiY type, fully equipped and furnished. However, certain aspects raised my concern, and others I found insufficiently thought out to meet the standard of an accommodation unit: the acoustic insulation is very poor: noises can be heard from the stairwell, but the most disturbing are the footsteps produced by the neighbor on the upper floor! kitchen sponge - never offer such unsealed or previously used utensils! the air conditioning worked with difficulty and produced a disturbing noise; the glass table in the living room was a beautiful ornamental object, but not at all functional and with high risks of imbalance and breakage; the TV was a joke, extremely small dimensions (my PC monitor is much larger), but luckily I'm not a TV enthusiast; the wardrobe in the bedroom had unjustifiably many rails for hangers, even though I couldn't reach the ceiling to use them all in case of need; the positioning of the garbage container under the sink was inadequate, because it doesn't open completely; the presence of the washing machine is only to infect you with mold and microbes - a washing machine is never left with the door and drawer closed! the mold was present on the edge of the door; the linear bathroom was built in a minimalist way, and my extreme dissatisfaction is related to the placement of an impractical toilet bowl (I would rather there was no bidet than to stand with one foot in the shower and my head towards the door to fit on the toilet bowl - horror!); the keys to this apartment are huge "safe" keys, they also included an attached padlock, which I carried around the city like a brick every time. The accommodation unit has potential, but it was executed in a hurry and with an emphasis on aesthetics, disregarding the functional role of the necessary amenities: inside the shower, I found no way to put the provided soap or shower gel, and if you bent down, you could hardly get up into that children's space; the two sliding cabinet doors in the kitchenette probably had a role in the designer's eyes, but for a client user they are totally unjustified and worse, they are confusing. For me, this accommodation falls into the category: central location, good facilities, but the lack of maintenance and quality and hygiene checks places it among the locations with a tendency towards uncomfortable living conditions. On the other hand, I was asked for all possible and impossible documents, and in return - what I received: a disappointment! I hope that those responsible realize that the normal use of a space is not a whim but a necessity for a comfortable stay! I wish them good luck in improving the overall standards and conditions!

Just in center via Etna, street which has all the brands stores, cafes and walk anywhere you want. Peaceful and comfortable room with kitchen where you can find anything essential for cooking. Highly recommend

We stayed for three nights and it was wonderful. The location was amazing you are right in the best part of the city. The service was very good, and the cleanliness was perfect. I honestly have nothing negative to say. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay there again.

The worst thing was that there was no soundproofing, even though it was promised. In the middle of the night there was a terrible noise from other apartments, and it didn't stop. There was no hope that I would get any sleep in this noise. Another thing that ensured that I didn't get any sleep was that there was only one air conditioner in the large apartment, which I couldn't leave on. Even though we kept the air conditioner at the minimum level, it was really hot in the apartment. The third (not so serious thing) was that there was hardly any information between hotels.com and the host, because we were supposed to get a bottle of wine, but we didn't have one. Not serious, but it was a bit annoying. However, the stay was expensive, so unfortunately these three things were a big annoyance, especially since I took the accommodation in question so that I could get some sleep before my wedding day. I'm sorry that I have to leave a bad review. The location was perfect and the room was beautiful.
