Abysmal. It smells like birdshit in the hallway. The floor and walls are disgusting. The chairs and floor in the breakfast/dining room were dirty. The reception lady was friendly though.

Customer service at the desk were kind and courteous. The restuarant was great: good food, convenient, and reasonably priced. They have a menu translated in English, too. There is also a separate bar area opened later than the restaurant. The a/c for the entire hotel gets switched over at the same time and our room got a little warm during the day. We had to sleep with the window open, which was fine for us. But, if you can't sleep with outdoor street sounds, you might have difficulty, depending on the location of your room. All of these issues can be resolved if you call and ask. The elevators were the smallest I had ever seen. If you're closterphobic, take the stairs! Older hotel but would stay there again.
