Rooms were good and had enough space. Location was also perfect: all the attractions were within walking distance. There was not much extra service at the hotel: no diner or bar and the wifi on the tv didn't work very good.

The room was clean and comfortable, although it was a bit dark. A desk would also have been appreciated, especially for guests who need to work. Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff left us disappointed. When we checked in, we specifically asked whether we could use a different payment method than the card on file at checkout, and we were told that this would be possible. However, the hotel charged the original card before we checked out. When we raised the issue, the receptionist simply replied, "That's the system, I cannot do anything," without making any effort to look for a solution or offer assistance. We were also concerned by the hotel's luggage storage procedure. After checking out, we left our bags at reception while we visited the city. When we returned, the same receptionist told us to "go fetch it in the adjacent room" without accompanying us or verifying which bags belonged to us. Anyone could have taken another guest's luggage, which reflects very poor security practices. Overall, the room itself met our expectations, but the lack of customer service and the inadequate luggage security significantly impacted our stay.

Unfortunately one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Where do I start? 1. Bed is as soft as the floor. 2. LOUD Water noise in wall right behind bed. Water going up and down from the floors above 3. Sink broken. Not draining. 4. Street noise (not their fault but when combined with the hard bed and water in walls kept me awake most of the night.) 5. Noise from people walking above. I'm a heavy sleeper too. 6.Multiple issues with the "safe" 7.Lighting poor Not sure where they bought the 4 stars but could do a LOT better. Clean and tidy. Good location Staff ok.

The decor is awesome. That is where the good things end. The front desk staff are arogant. We had to change rooms because of lack of working outlets, and a broken mini-fringe. The 2nd room required two large extension cords across the floor - very bad tripping hazzards. The breakfast was smaller than others ion the same price range. The bacon was terrible - not browned at all. It looked like it was steamed!!
