Absolutely terrible experience. One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, with a location that is extremely inconvenient and completely different from what you would expect from the pictures. Speaking of the pictures — the biggest problem is how misleading they are. What you see online does not match the reality at all. The hotel looks significantly better in the photos than it actually is. The service was another disaster. The staff seemed completely unprepared, disorganized and unable to handle even basic requests properly. There was a constant feeling that nobody really knew what they were doing. Overall, this place was a complete disappointment from beginning to end. Poor location, misleading photos, terrible service and an experience that was nowhere near what was advertised. I honestly cannot understand how this hotel gets away with presenting itself the way it does online. Save yourself the money and the frustration and stay somewhere else.

Worst hotel ever!!!! We got to our room and it’s completely different from what we ordered through booking. The manager was rude and didn’t give us any help. The room is with no lights and we booked the suite , the door doesn’t open, the hotel tricked us and gave us a smaller suite. Be careful!!!
This is disaster. We were late from our flight and ended up at 0630 am in front of the hotel. Doors locked, nobody answered the phone for 30 minutes. We had to contact the company to try and reach them. Unsuccessfully. Suddenly, somebody woke up. Breakfast was extreeemly basic. We were 2 people only sitting on a table (for 6) but it was next to the window. Than a lady came to ask us next time to sit on a table for two. Like it matters how much more she had to clean (4 plates and 2 glasses). Rooms-super basic. No tv, not even a bottle of water, what to say about tea or coffee. The housekeeping ladies were as noisy as they are on a football game without respect this is a hotel and at any time somebody could be sleeping. Slamming doors and Moving furniture contributes to the experience. If you want to Have coffee, you need to use their type of (all inclusive) bracelet, which you charge with credit. Ac in the room was off and temperature was 31 degrees. It took 3 hours to cool down. I would definitely try to avoid the place if I can!
It has the most stunning views i’ve seen so far in sicily. The workers and chefs are really nice even though they don’t speak english they try to understand and help me and my family. There’s 2 hotels and a waterfall you can swim in. I loved the food it’s really nice i recommend to family’s.
Not everything was bad to be honest but my overall experience ended in a very bad way. The hotel is huge and was totally empty (3 cars in the parking lot - must be the staff's - only us at breakfast). When checkout on time we asked the receptionist if it was ok to go buy a souvenir in town and come back to enjoy the pool until when head to the airport in early afternoon. She called her manager who said "NO, only until 1pm" which didn't help us since all of the tourists' stores closes at 1pm so we had to go shopping first. Once again i do think we were the only 2 guests at this hotel which didn't make any sense. There was litterally NO ONE at the pool. We didn't get any explanations but to us, that was clearly not understandable. At the end, we spent our last day in Sicily at the airport cause we didn't want to leave our suitcases unattended in the car. I understand now why most of this hotel's reviews are bad : they clearly don't care about what their customers needs. Our experience in all of the other hotels we stayed at was so much better than this one. Sicilians can do much better so AVOID THIS HOTEL!
