Nice hotel, a real life saver. The gym is IMPRESSIVE and the regulations in the swimming pool (use of cap, towels) are very convenient. Nice room, very comfy and spacious. Employees are very friendly.

Worst hospitality in all of Sicily. Staff is rude, unhelpful, and genuinely disinterested in being organized. The environment they foster here makes you feel like an unwanted nuisance in their personal residence. If you can find a cardboard box along the street you’ll have a much nicer stay than what is provided here.

The hotel was vers nice and clean. The service we got was outstanding, and they were so friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But i have a massage and that was not relaxing. Maybe it is like that i Italy, but i have had so many massages before in many places but not anyone like that. I got so stressed because her hands move so fast. We booked 2 massages but canseld the second one.⭐️ So we had dinner att the evening and that was very good but on my plate it seems that a 7 years old person hade smashed the meat and a half liter sauce all over the plate, but the meat was good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at Four Spa Hotel was very disappointing. The standard is far below what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The toilet in our room was broken — the flush button had fallen off. The spa, which the hotel heavily advertises, was not included in the price, and the fitness center was closed for the entire stay without any prior notice. The jacuzzi wasn’t even warm, and the whole area smelled more like a public swimming pool than a spa. The food was equally disappointing. I ordered “salmon carpaccio” which turned out to be a slice of smoked salmon with a spoonful of cream cheese on top. My friends vegetables were burnt, and breakfast was mediocre at best. Furthermore, the service was extremely bad. Overall, the hotel overpromises and underdelivers in every possible way. Definitely not worth the money — I would not stay here
