A lovely experience and convenient way to enjoy the coral and marine life without the tan! A lovely cruise out to sea to the corals - the submarine did a great jobs of getting up close with the coral and marine life and the views were lovely. Definitely recommend for couples and family

Loved the boat ride. We had a horrible experience with one of the shops. He was selling items with penis on them. We bought a couple items and when we didn’t buy more he shouted at us and followed us to our table. He was very upset and continued shouting at us. We were embarrassed and humiliated. On board several crew members continued to harass us for tips multiple times. Will not return. Cannot recommend.

Staff weren’t helpful There was no guide

I cannot recommend this experience. In fact, the submarine was 40 minutes late, and the crew spent the entire time trying to make up for the delay, cutting the viewing and snorkeling time down to just half an hour for both activities. The reef itself is boring and has very few fish. I can only compare it to Vietnam, but the snorkeling there was much more exciting and the sights were more memorable.

Amazing experience and amazing staff on board, from start till end made us very comfortable. Clear water and amazing coral view and fishes. Strongly recommend to go on this trip specially if you have kids. We did diving and snorkeling and could watch the amazing sea life but our kids missed it, this was the best way to show them what we see in snorkeling or diving.

I went on this excursion with my wide and 3 year old, we had a great time. Everything was well organised and at no point in the journey did we not feel looked after. A special shoutout to our host who kept us informed of the plan ahead of the trip and ensured we had everything we required right up until we were dropped back off at the hotel. The submarine itself was great, it wasn't overcrowded and offered great views of the seabed and marine life.

A high-quality trip - good communication and flexibility (we had to postpone a day due to illness) as well as a clean, modern, stable and safe boat. For anyone that can't swim/snorkel/dive then this is a great way to see what's going on beneath the surface of the water. We saw vast amounts of fish around the reef from the comfortably air conditioned lower deck. Our first slight negative would be that there was a large group on the boat with us - they were given a 15-minute narrative in their language and we received nothing in ours. I think it was their tour guide doing the narration but it did give us a feel of missing out on something. The second would be that the booking said that soft-drinks were included, but none materialised and we were offered ice creams and cans of soft drink to purchase on board as well as drinks/ice creams before we boarded.

time was a bit short but nice experience, it was not crowded at all and we had the chance to move both sides of the submarine. it was a goof lighting around 12 noon time and water visibility as very nice. overall nice experience

Trip is fantastic. You can see all fish like on diving. Seats are comfortable. 90 minuts is enought time for small kids, they dont boring.

Great fun trip. Lots to see the reefs the fish, comfortable and very friendly helpful staff. Would do it again.

We had a wonderful time on the boat and saw a variety of sealife around the Corals. Morning was a very good time to go to see a variety of fishes and coral. Only downside was despite 1100 booking time, we didn't leave until 1145. If we had other things booked for early afternoon we could have been rushing for time. However we didn't and had a lovely time. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Would 100% recommend!

Cheaper than booking through the tour operator, pickup was on time and went via other hotels which is to be expected. Was a bit unclear at first the pickup arrangements, but they contacted me through WhatsApp the day before to confirm. We had booked the 11am tour, but with a 1040 pickup this was never a reality. Guide told us the excursion on the boat would start at 1130, but we did not arrive at the harbour until 1135. We waited in a shaded seating area where we were hassled by various salesmen, but all respected our decline of their business. Made it onto the tour boat at 12pm and we sailed at 1214. The boat was about 70% full, not too crowded. Seemed clean and well kept. Crew were engaging, but the very loud local music did detract somewhat. About 20 mins later we were taken down to the viewing area which was air conditioned and gave a good view. The whole experience lasted 1 hour 10 as opposed to 1 hour 30 as advertised, and we had 35 mins in the glass bottom rather than 45 as promised. Boat was in good condition with safety equipment signposted in English and Arabic. There was no safety briefing. Transfer back to hotel was prompt.

Picked up in a timely fashion. Bit of a wait for others to arrive, approx. 20 mins. Got about 30-45 minutes out on board, which was about the right length of time. Visibility clear and saw a variety of fish, but you need to be patient for your side to see the reef. Probably more suited to families with children to be honest

Booked our trip online and paid less than was available in the resort. The trip was timed to precision all involved were very friendly and no one was pushy when they were selling things. Completely hassle free

We were only viewing fish on the reef for about 35 minutes. The water wasn't very clear. We did see a range of fish. A lot of hanging around for a short period of observation

It’s 5* from me! Everything was great! And pictures do not do justice how beautiful it was! We got picked up right from reception, so we didn’t have to walk out to the gate. Vehicle was clean, had a good A/C too. There were few more stops to pick up more people, but didn’t take long as pick-ups seemed organised well. When we got to the place we sat down for about 40minutes and that’s where the big sales pitch happened, there also are a few shops you can have a look at. I was prepared and read the reviews that this will happen, so it wasn’t a surprise for me, instead I actually got a drink, because it just looked so good! (every other company seems to do literally the same thing, as it might be the main location everyone takes off from) Maybe reducing this wait time would be beneficial, but it didn’t ruin the experience for us. P.S you can buy soft drinks and ice cream on the submarine too! Not sure about prices as didn’t buy any myself. Semi-submarine looked well maintained, toilets looked decent too. The beauty of the corals and the fish! Pictures are very misleading and do not show the real beauty! It’s a must see! And on the way back we got to take some pictures in the captain cabin! Over all it was a great experience for me, that exceeded the expectations!

Terrible... rude customer service. Waited in reception for pick up for our trip for the last day and they never turned up. Chased them on WhatsApp, and was told the trip was cancelled due to bad weather. They would have had notice of this as three other trips earlier in the day cancelled so we could have arranged a different trip for the last day of our holidays. Could have accepted the cancelled trip if they had given us notice or at least been polite about the situation but we still haven't even recieved an apology. Absolutely gutted as they had already delayed our trip due to over booking trips and they were rude about this situation. Would suggest booking with any other company than this one as there are so many to choose from and manners cost nothing so I dread to think what else they do badly. Of course... we will never find out as we will never book with them again

Booked this trip through our tui rep at our hotel. Got picked up just after 9am was transferred to the marina. Went out on the boat journey around thirty mins to the coral and the beautiful fish. It was mesmerizing looking at the coral and the fish. Really great trip. Well worth the money.

Trip itself was good, lots to see when around the reef, but ,, While waiting staff spoke very little English, overpriced stuff constantly pushed at you, when on the boat all tannoy announcements made in Russian, went on for 20 mins, English version was 30 seconds, again over priced items on boat, In all a bit like all of Sharm, very geared up now for Russian visitors, and rest ignored,

Tour was nice. Sea was like aquarium. We saw amazing corals and fishes. Boat was better than i expected. Windows at submarine was very big and air conditioned. I liked it very much

The tour ran well and on time. It was good value for money. The guide gave good information on the fish. Maybe they could take a donation for the protection of the reef and a more ecological perspective could be given. Milkshakes and Ice cream for five plus service charge was a bit unexpected extra.

The tour was beautiful and the captain was super kind. We had a great time and he even let us steer the ship for a little bit. There is a guy the snorkels next to the boat that attracts the fish to make sure you see a ton of amazing fish during the underwater part.

Super boat trip. Our family was very happy to be on this submarine. The views were wonderful and also so great for our 5 year old son who is just learning to swim.

Boat Tripp was good and was picked up at my hotel. I did consider giving 5 stars but had to witness an argument over which driver was going to drop us back and then having a very grumpy driver moan and drive like a lunatic on the way back

Very well organised trip, collected on time in a nice new mini bus. Very little waiting around. The glass bottom boat was amazing, great viewing deck & such an abundance of fish & corLs. Highly recommended

We got to feed the fish and the staff were brilliant,even the camel had a smile on his face maybe because he was resting instead of carrying tourists up and down the beach

Trip was well organised, communication was good through WhatsApp prior. Collection was on time in a well kept minibus. Boat was really nice, in good condition and well worth going on with small children to see the coral and fishes. Our kids were 3 & 5 and loved it. Toilets were really clean also, unusual for boat trips we’ve been on before.

Overall a very nice and special experience with lots of fun and good atmosphere. Felt organized, safe... The environment and the at least 10-15 fish species with the many corals were fabolous. The time could have been 2x more and a bit more extravagant areas of fishes or crabs, etc. The tourist traps are kept at minimum level here, so extra kudos to the organizer for this. The only downside was that not all of the guides spoke English.

It all went well till before the end , the return trip was bad. The coral reeves the fish its all magnificent and worth seeing The ship crew were very polite all of the guides were dropped off before making sure all of the groups were returned safely, the bus driver driving could have been smoother !! Also he wanted to drop us off on the road outside the hotel !!

The event was great, but we were kept waiting for a long time. The transfer vehicle was also packed to the brim. Frankly, the transfer window fell far short of expectations. If you have children, do not choose this transfer.

Nice we loved it. For those who don't dive, it's an experience that allows you to see coral and fish in large quantities and incredibly close up. Honestly I don't understand who says the windows are dirty, you could see very well Among the most beautiful memories of the holiday

The staff was very friendly and I could see lots of goldfish, corals and even a giant fish. The semi-sub was comfortable.
