Sharm El Sheikh Private Airport Transfer

We used this company for our airport transfer upon arrival into Sharm el sheik airport. Our driver was called Ahmed (Adam) who met us at the airport exit doors. Once in the vehicle and already on the move he then proceeded to ask where we were staying, I showed him the name of the hotel and address on my booking and and said it’s in Naama bay, he laughed and said ha ha “no Naama bay” which I thought was possibly a local thing as our hotel was behind a busty road beyond Naama bay and maybe the tourists class everything as Naama bay? Anyway during the drive of quite frightening speeds once clocking 133 km/hr I started to feel like this was taking longer than it showed on the maps that I had looked at. I suspected he was taking us a “scenic” route… but no he was taking us to the entirely wrong hotel definitely not on Naama bay. Upon realising this I let him know and again show him the booking place and address. He called his “office” and started a full blown argument in Arabic with some guy who he then got me to talk to over the phone to tell him the actual address. We turned around and again at ridiculously high speeds and clearly a now very angry driver headed back towards the correct hotel. The driver then began to use a translator to tell me this was my fault and I should f*** off and never use this company again. Utterly appalling behavior from a travel company who should have actually looked at the booking address and not assumed they know where it was by the hotel name. He basically threw us out the car once we finally arrived.

Booked via Booking.com. They organised the pickup from the airport only to get in contact with us via WhatsApp to be able to sell expensive tours. And they did not show up to bring us back to the airport. No communication, left us to arrange alternative, causing us to be very late to the airport, causing even more issues, nightmare.

Booked return airport transfers. On the day of the return we are told they cannot do our transfer. We book another transfer through booking company.. low and behold, sharm wonders pick us up.

I booked and paid for a minivan considering that it was 4 of us plus all the luggage. It was not a minivan but a regular car. The driver also said for them four people means only four luggage when this was never specified before or during the agreement. We had 6 pieces of luggage in total so because he was taking the “extra” two pieces I had to give him also an extra tip for a 8min ride already paid well enough. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend to anyone. I leave two stars. One for showing up and one for waiting for us to leave the airport.

The car was very comfortable, helpfull driver. We were welcome at the airport at the time and on the way back. Much more convinient way of travel then with buses.

Booked airport transfer - was not at airport - we waited and tried ringing and texting and no response- in the end we had to pay and get another taxi - then they had the gall to send a message saying where are we and have bad reception- they was definitely not there

The driver was very enthusiastic. Our scheduled pickup time was 3 AM, and we were really worried that no one would respond. However, the driver contacted us early via WhatsApp and helped us carry a lot of luggage. He was the best driver we encountered in Luxor, and we are truly grateful.

Not recommended at all. Dishonest and Deceptive. I booked private transportation from Sharm airport to the resort, and I told them all the data on WhatsApp 24 hours before my trip, One hour before my arrival to Sharm, They told me the trip wouldn't be done, Why they didn't tell me before, also the forced me to upgrade my booking to do the trip with charge double the price the limousine at the airport. After I arrived at Sharm, I had to take private transportation from the airport.

Airport transport arrived on time. Friendly and trustworthy. The van was big enough for our bags and for us to fit in. Will use again.

this was my first time to egypt from the airport car to the all the attractions parasailing boat and everywhere old town it was excellent service the brand-new cars they have and their service was amazing. Definitely recommend and I will definitely come back.

Best taxi service weve dealt with on Egypt. We'd left a newly brought painting in the back of the taxi from the airport and within 10 minutes of contactimg them the driver, Mustafa, had come all the way back with the painting to drop off at our hotel reception. A very friendly service to use especially when travelling with kids.

I was greeted at the airport promprly and I had a fast and safe journey with Mr. Moussa Hassan to my accommodation. The driver was very helpful and polite and the car is really now and spacious SUV with latest technology and the ambient climatisation was a lifesaver at 48 Centigrade outside temperature.
