Dangerous Driving With Children We had our children with us and expected a safe and comfortable journey. Instead, the driver drove aggressively and at very high speeds. The children were frightened, and we had to repeatedly ask the driver to slow down. This was completely unacceptable.

They are one of the worst transportation companies. They are exploitative, rip off customers blatantly, add things that aren't there, and their schedules are unreliable. There's nothing good about them; it's a terrible experience, and I don't recommend anyone deal with them. Also, the drivers are extremely rude.

The driver was driving at an extremely high speed throughout the journey. He was overtaking other vehicles aggressively and braking suddenly. We were travelling with our family and genuinely feared for our safety. An airport transfer should never put passengers’ lives at risk.

Extremely Disappointing – Driver Never Arrived We booked an airport transfer in advance and expected the driver to be waiting at the agreed time. Unfortunately, nobody arrived. We waited with our luggage and tried calling the driver several times, but there was no answer. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, we had no choice but to take another taxi to the airport. This was extremely stressful, especially because we had already paid for the transfer.

A failed company. A terrible company; the vehicle scheduling is poor.

The transfers were prompt and well organised from picking us up on arrival to dropping us off to the airport. I can’t remember the name of our first driver but he was very friendly, our driver Kiro was friendly and got us to the airport in great time. The price overall wasn’t too bad, although we didn’t realise when booking how close the hotel was to the airport and would possibly get a taxi next time. Overall experience was good and it was nice to have a private transfer with friendly service.

This company was excellent, we had airport to hotel return transfers, both drivers and cars were clean and the taxi drivers were friendly and drove well ( Hamdy was the driver for the hotel pick up). The cars were of a high standard and very clean. Communication for at the airport and hotel pick up was very good.

We booked airport transfers to and from our hotel with Rimo Tours. On arrival in Sharm El Sheikh, the experience initially seemed positive: the driver contacted me on WhatsApp, was waiting with a sign with my name, and everything looked well organised. Unfortunately, the vehicle itself was very old and small. We were three adults with large suitcases and there wasn’t enough space, so one of us had to sit next to luggage for the entire journey, which was uncomfortable. The real issue happened on our return transfer. Two days before departure, the driver messaged me to confirm pickup. I replied immediately, confirming the date, time, hotel name, and room number. I received no response. On the day of departure, nobody showed up. We called the driver three times — no answer. No explanation, no message, nothing. We were forced to urgently find another taxi, which resulted in us arriving late to the airport and a very stressful end to our trip. Airport transfers should be reliable above all else. Sadly, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not use or recommend this service again.

I was really impressed with the service sam offered. Very punctual and even waited for us once landed as we experienced delays getting out of sharm el sheik airport. Even booking him for our return back was smooth and easy communication. If you are visiting egypt from the UK then highly advise using sam company as language barrier can be an issue for some and he speak fluent english. The arrival at the airport and the checks before entering took quite a long time but Kiro was very kind and waited for us despite the 2-hour delay and took us quickly to our resort.

Excellent drivers, cunning management; they asked me for 10 Euros for having been over an hour at passport control. They know very well that between lines and baggage claim you can hardly make it within an hour. It is very wrong to take advantage of and blackmail customers when they know the times perfectly well.
