Definitely enjoyed all the sights. Spent some great time and loved the photos that came out of it. The lake of desires was so blue that it was beautiful.

Beautiful places and great equipment. There are hundreds of people in tons of boats. The checking time took forever.

Honestly! The worst day of my life! Let’s start from the beginning! Booked this trip as a birthday present for my friend! As it’s his birthday today! Let’s start with the positive! The pick up from the hotel was great! The return from the trip was even better! So we arrived at the port. Was standing in a queue for 1 hour 30 mins. In the baking sun. It was complete chaos no one knew what was going on! Finally bored what was decided as a luxury boat trip! The crew were so rude! They spoke with the Russian guests first! English was last! That’s just the start! Got into the sea for a snorkel and I was physically grabbed by the arm and shouted at like a child! Felt completely abused! Finally got to White Island! Don’t bother it was completely packed. Didn’t see the sand, for the amount of people on it. Completely a waste of my holiday time and money. On the 1 hour 40 minute journey back to port! It got worse! I’m gonna call it harassment! Because that was exactly what it was! Being told we had to do a review on board! When you refused! Things became nasty! We wasn’t the only one to refuse the review! It was my friends birthday and I feel bad that I booked suck a horrible trip for him! My advice is don’t book!

Great experience from start to finish. Transport on time, orientation at the diving centre. Very professional team looking after the operation of the tour, our safety and experience. Friendly and communicative staff who checked on us regularly, at each stage of the tour instructed us about what we are doing. Made sure we get the best experience during, snorkelling and scuba diving. Special thank you for the boys who looked after us on Habiba 2 on 2nd July. Made my very first scuba diving memorable and I felt I was in good hands.

Pickup was smooth and easy, was contacted through whatsapp and kept up to date with when and whwre we would be collected. Communication was easy, these guys spoke multiple languages. We set off on 2 snorkelling stops, with the option to scuba dive and i highly recommend that you try it! What an experience..i panicked and it took me a while to regulate my breathing and he held my hand throughout and kept me calm, i was so glad i did it! Incredible experience. He was kind and considerate of my feelings and you can tell its his passion. We had lunch which was delicious, chicken, salad pasta. We then went off to white island. It was a choppy swim but one of these guys swam with a life ring and placed my 6 year old in the middle and i held on to it also and he pulled about 4 or 5 of us to the island this guy was the strongest swimmer i have ever encountered and i felt totally safe. He also had to help us out a sticky situation on the 2nd snorkeling site and pulled us back to the boat i was in awe of how strong he was. Over all an incredible experience. Lots of photos taken underwater and by a man on the boat, a bit of a hard sell afterwards to purchase the packages but well worth it.

I would highly recommend booking this activity as it had everything. Calm and peaceful ocean view, adventure of scuba diving and snorkling, and a great vibe on the boat. All made possible by the crew of the Oceano. In particular Hassan and MoMo - great guys that go out of their way to make your time there unforgettable! Also we met some amazing likeminded people on the yacht too, which was a nice bonus! I booked this through the company Sharm Gate on booking.com for a very reasonable price. They messaged me before advising on pick up time, what was included and we needed to bring, and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you to all! This was by far the best tour I did in all of my travels. The views were spectacular. The marine life is amazing as well as the Ras Mohammed reserve.

The whole trip was amazing.very well organised.The staff were very friendly and helpful.the food was good as well.Also we saw dolphins which was a bonus.

We were aboard Yousef 1 yesterday for a planned snorkel trip with my wife, 6yr old son and 13yr old daughter to Ras Mohammed and White island. The trip exceeded our expectations for the price and we would highly recommend this to anyone. We were collected on time from the agreed meeting point at our hotel as arranged the evening before. We were greeted at the port with very kind staff who made sure we were kept safe the whole time. Once aboard the boat, there was a clear presentation on health and safety and what to expect. The boat was very comfortable and very spacious. The lunch provided was also delicious local cuisine. I decided to opt for an extra scuba dive which was an extra cost but it didn't disappoint. The coral was stunning and seeing such beautiful fish in its natural surrounding was an experience I'll never forget. I then opted to do another dive at a second spot. My wife and children were quite happy to just snorkel and the instructors took very good care of them and their welfare. We cannot thank the staff aboard the ship enough as they made the experience what it was.

I booked this excursion through get your guide because of its reviews which were 4*. What a let down!!! From the beginning the required pick time kept changing. When eventually given an exact time. This turned up 40 minutes late. The driver was driving excessively fast at times over 150km/hr. He had various near misses with a car as well as a motorcyclist. He was writing notes whilst driving. The journey was nerve racking. When we arrived at the dive centre the rep challenged my booking when I requested a wetsuit. Eventually telling me it was on the boat. The journey across to the first dive point was very good with all of the staff being very friendly. At the first stop I went in to go snorkelling I found it extremely busy. Meaning I couldn’t enjoy this experience as I was being hit in the face with flippers as well as being pushed out of the way. This put me off going back in the water. As it was the same at the next stop. The best thing about this trip was the food onboard.This was excellent, plenty of choice. Overall This trip is better for divers not snorkelling.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They took care of us from start to end. We tried diving for the first time, it was a beautiful experience.

Paid £26 each then told £5 extra for both person for national park ticket. First stop took two hours and mainly aimed at divers not what’s advertised. Then we got to the White Island. Advertised Ras Mohammed however didn’t see this. Long day, minimal things to do. Forced to try and scuba for extra money. Not a trip to relax and explore.

Very good smooth pickup, And drop off. Seeing the boat was amazing it was 3 layers and very comfy. Friendly staff. We paid another 40 to do scuba diving, it was very easy and they taught very clearly. The only downside was they kept asking us to buy the pictures over and over again. Eventually we decided to buy the underwater pics not the boat ones and just for one persons pics it cost 45. Therefore it cost 5 more than the actual diving just for the pics. I believe this to be a bit of a scam. After we said no they drove the price down significantly which shows that they can have it lower.

We had no problem being picked up and dropped off from the hotel. The interest and behavior of the ship's staff was very good. However, a fee of 25€ and 40€ was asked for two separate places to scuba diving on board. Other participants who joined with us said that they only paid $10 when booking. We didn't dive because of the price difference. The food was good. It was taken very well in the photos on the white island. A fee is required for snorkeling and life jackets to be used while swimming on board, in addition, in order not to pay, it is useful to bring glasses and snorkel etc.

The pick-up and drop-off were very efficient. The boat trip to Ras Mohammad and White Island was enjoyable, with entertaining dive instructors on board who helped create a good atmosphere. The yacht itself was a little old and tired looking. The top deck could really benefit from sun loungers or additional seating, especially when compared to other yachts offering similar trips. A group on board were celebrating a birthday, and the crew organised a small birthday cheer with cake, which was a nice touch. However, I was asked to post a review while a staff member stood over me and continued to insist. I declined, as this felt uncomfortable. It does make you question how genuine some of the star ratings might be. Overall, a pleasant day out, but the pressure to leave a review took away from the experience.

Everything was very nice and fun! Amazing staff! Great trip!! Recommend 100%! Wonderfull reefs and clear water! The food was good too!

We celebrated my parents wedding anniversary. The stuff was amazing, we had so much fun. They were so available. There were photographers, both for underwater and on the boat pictures. The instructors were kind and gentle. The all experienced was amazing. Really recommend!

Our family had really good experience at the sea with snorkeling and diving. In the morning there was some confusion about when exactly we should go to get our snorkeling gear so we had to rush to the boat in the end but after that everything went smoothly. Food was decent and crew was very friendly and helpful. Even selling extra diving on the boat was done delicately without pushing anyone too much (much better than anywhere on the streets of Egypt). Biggest words of praise from us come from seeing how well they took care of our smallest family member (5y old) who was a bit afraid of getting into the sea. Crew was really kind and did everything they could to help him overcome the fear and they put in a lot of effort so our boy could also see the fish with us :) Only place of improvement I would appreciate is to see the full list of expenses (diving, snorkeling gear, entrance tickets) up front not to have surprise expenses after buying the tour. But in the end it was all fine as prices were reasonable - 30$ for diving and 4$ per piece of snorkeling gear based on what you needed (mask / fins / life jacket). Even with that it was still cheaper than any other alternative tour with that quality.

This day trip to Ras Mohamed was really nice, from the pick up from our hotel to giving us right information on the snokerling and diving everything was well organized. The staff were friendly and they give you the option to rent life vest and mask on the boat if you don’t have one. Overall a wonderful experience

Very pretty and definitely would recommend. The water is super clear and the white sand beach is something I have never seen before.

My husband and I are just back from a wonderful day out on the Assal luxury yacht. Excellent service from pick up to drop off. Great communication by WhatsApp. There was plenty of room on board with around only 30 passengers. We had 2 stops for snorkelling around the coral which was fabulous and went to stand on White Island which is under the water in the middle of the sea. Lunch was delicious and plentiful. All the crew were great, taking good care of us and making it a very enjoyable day. We booked through TripAdvisor and got a great price, much cheaper than going through TUI. We’ve been on quite a few boat trips around the world and this is up there with the best. Would highly recommend.

That was a super daily trip with them, they was really kind and take care of us all day. The boat was super, the staff was super, the programs was beautiful, we had one of the best memories with them:)
