Quad Bike In Sharm El Sheikh Desert

There was a quick brief how to operate machine. At first arrival seemed abit chaotic as no one speaking in English. I wasnt comfortable maintaining speed of the group so opted to ride with one of the Instructor I got to experience quad biking and fuljoyed the experience. Unfortunately i didnt get to gift my instructor before being distracted to purchase photos taken throughout the activity. If I ever return to Sharm I will gift you that scarf my tour person liked.

The ride was not spectaculaire, about 1 and half hour. The guys are friendly and helpfull. Commercial

Loved it,especially on Xmas day. It's not right put in the desert as such but it's fun.It was a good trip,especially with the shouting around the mountain.

Easy to book through the app, and we got a WhatsApp confirmation soon after. Just note that the “start time” can change depending on sunrise if you book the early morning session. Pickup was by van, shared with a few other tourists from different resorts. The site near Echo Mountain has several quad bike operators. We were the only English-speaking family among mostly Italian tourists, but one of the guides helped translate. We brought our own glasses and bought scarves there for about £3 each. There were no clear instructions or safety briefing, which was a bit worrying since we had a 10-year-old with us. The ride itself is quite bumpy (not ideal if you have back issues). You follow in a line for about 20 minutes in the dark to Echo Mountain, then another 10 minutes to a stop for Bedouin tea and an optional camel ride — a bit underwhelming overall. A photographer tags along and can be pushy about selling photo packages, so be firm if you’re not interested. The highlight, though, is the stunning sunrise view - totally worth seeing. Compared to other quad-bike tours in the area, we were perhaps better positioned on a higher point to get the best view. Afterwards, it’s a short ride back to the base and a quick return to the hotel.

Very well organised, really enjoyed the experience. A must do when out in Sharm, great value for money.

Would really recommend this excursion if you’re in the Sharm el Sheikh area!!! Transfer picked us up in time in an air conditioned bus and took us too a dessert area where we could purchase scarves for £3 each. We took our sunglasses and then it was straight onto the quads!! An amazing tour and route of the mountains and dessert, our guide Mohammed was great and took photos and videos of us throughout!! Would highly recommend this quad biking excursion!!

What a fantastic evening and well organised it was brilliant to see and so much fun to ride. There was an option to bring your own scarf and they would wrap your head for free or buy one of theirs for a very reasonable price $3. They were helpful and Fun on the ride it may have been nicer to have a bit more space to go a little faster but they kept it safe and I appreciate that. the stop of was nice and drinks were again cheap 100E£ for a bottle of drink and they helped us take photos on our phone for free. Great team and very impressed with this trip.

Excellent activity, great views, hosts were brilliant, the transfer was bang on time. Still haven’t received the photos yet though

I had booked a Session at 16:30 - (there was one session at 14:30, which I did not book because i did not want it) The organiser pretend to pick me up at my hotel at 13:30 (pretending it was for 16:30) - in fact as they likely grouped both afternoon sessions. I tried to get to the bottom of this story - I was offered to cancel which does not refelect the the status of my order . If the company did not want to excute their contract they should cancel themselves - Very bad supplier Sharm Wonders selected by Viator - This is a pure joke

From start to finish it was an excellent experience. The guide was very helpful with us all, and took time to take photos and look after our o year old god daughter. Trip lasted 2 hours,which is long enough in +40oc 🥵

A lot of fun quad biking through the desert with spectacular views. Evening meal followed by star gazing were also unique experiences. It was well organised, perfectly safe with good attention paid to novices.

My partner and my 21year old Son did this at 4am and both said was unreal !! They both loved it so if you want to try it use this company !! Excellent will defo do again next holiday to Egypt !!

I am very pleased to write this review for Sam from Sharm Wonders. He arranged for me the airport transfer to my hotel and that’s where he introduced his business regarding various excursions. The desert safari 5 in 1 was a challenging one specially because we were with two kids of 5 and 1.5 years old. Sam convinced that he will take care for the arrangements and kids will enjoys too and above all it is safe for kids. We finally booked the trip and today while I am writing this review I have only good things to share. Kids enjoyed a lot, a well organized trip, cultural touch, a lot of real time challenges that gives you a kick. Wow! A must do if you visit to Sharm and I would definitely recommend to do it via Sharm wonders. We also did a semi-submarine trip with them and as explained above it was a wonderful experience as well. With kids we cannot go diving but it felt almost like you are diving with the fishes. Wonderful and well arranged. Many thanks to the organizing team.

This trip was more than I expected. We actually only booked 3 hours in advance and we heard from the tour operators immediately about a pick up time. The trip started and was very well organised with quick pick ups and instructions given about safety and scalfs ans helmets. We brought a pool cover over with us and my boyfriend used a t shirt and both worked fine. Next you were taken to the quads and instructions given to you individually about how to drive. From then the ride happened, we did a sunset ride and it was amazing I hadn’t see such a sight all holiday. Throughout the whole trip we felt safe and looked after and were shown many sights of the desert. I would recommend the sunset drive of 4:30 as get to see the sunset going down in the mountains and able to drive a little in the dark which was fun in the mountains. All the lights from the quads lit up to the desert. Staff were all amazing and very helpful Would definitely go again

We arrived , there was lots and lots of people. We were allocated a group, it felt disorganised. We were told to go and collect a helmet, the one I was given did not fit my head it was massive! It was pointless wearing one. For that reason I did not feel safe … Also we found it quite upsetting .. lots of camels , stray dogs - no water in sight! The camels were restricted with their movement due to chains and no access to food or water that we could see. A couple of the dogs were limping on their back legs it upset me. Otherwise lovely scenary, staff friendly but it just felt too chaotic. I would much recommend doing it as a private group.

Quad/Camel Group was Way too Big, a lot of waiting time. 40 quads. Camel ride of 75 meters, very artifical Desert was Nice for atv’s Taxi driver was great

It was combined trip between horse ridding and desert safari and everything was great we had. Great day with sharm wonders ´ thanks to all staff

An awesome experience! The 5 in 1 experience is just 5 star! 1- Quad Biking in the desert day and night! The terrains are safe and you can be at one with your speed or go at a pace you desire. 2- stop at a Bedouin tent for tea and enjoy the sunset Get loads of pics 3 - camel ride and experience a trip around stunning scenery of the Sinai district. These creatures are beautiful 4- evening meal and entertainment. Back in quads and ride to a tent to Enjoy a delicious meal and night time entertainment under the stars in the desert. Have authentic and freshly baked bread with your meal. 5- walk into the desert with a guide and gaze at the stars with the naked eye and bus telescope. Be prepared to be mesmerised when you see a planet 🪐 6. Finally ride back on your quad at night. Don’t worry there’s loads of you and it’s well lit and safe! Really well organised, safe and fantastic value for money.

I did the quad in desert and RM snorkeling trip. Don't be out off by hotel reps who will try to imply other companies are cheaper as they don't have insurance - that is nonsense! As if the holiday reps are the only ones operating legitimately!! Sharm Wonders are exceptional. Communication - clear, straight forward, prompt and informative. No pushy msgs on WhatsApp to book, honest and genuine info given. All questions and queries answered with no hesitation. Pick up, tours, drop offs all prompt and timely. Excursions all fabulous. We used the company for transfers to Soho Sq and Old Market too - much cheaper than hotel cabs. Overall I give them 10/10, we had zero issues and would completely recommend. From a teacher who is OCD on research and looked at many options before going with SW so my review is worthy!! Thank you so much for everything!

Wow, this Safari trip out to the desert was fabulous, air con bus transfer then quad bikes to the bedouin tent which was all lit up in the mountain back drop, stage for the excellent entertainment, hospitality great, water, tea, cola, bbq, food was amazing. Camel ride included, just 5 mins but to be honest was enough for us just to say we'd been on one. The star gazing was my highlight, so knowledgeable about the constellations and points each one out with a lazer pointer so you know what you're looking at, then you can see two stars through the telescopes, Quad bike back in the dark, fun and safe, can ride in twos if you want. Everyone friendly and helpful, not one miserable face, Book it, you will have a lovely time. Tips, take scarves, sand blows in the face, sunglasses, bug spray.Money for tips.. Have fun

Me and my family had best quad dessert safari tour ever since our last holiday . we really can't describe how happy we were and our transfer was perfect with a very clean and suitable car with profissnal driver and well organized Then to arrive to the quad center with real welcome and we started our way through the desrt to arrive the bedwen camp to have tea and great service till finish with our lovely meal under lights and show with amazing great night . Thanks all for the great service

Absolutely wonderful action packed day, guided by the amazing Ahmed, visiting many sites and covering so much in one day, experiencing the real history of Cairo, an experience I do not believe could be experienced to this degree if you were touring alone. We were well looked after and provided with a beautiful lunch, with opportunities to take fantastic photographs and memories to last a life time! 100% recommend Sharm Wonders!

This was an incredible way to see the sunrise in the desert--and definitely recommend doing the sunrise, even with the early start. It was stunning and not having to worry about the heat was great. Pick up was on time. One downside was that when you read the description, they make it sound like you have a bit of freedom when on the bike to enjoy it once they've shown you how to use it, but the entire hour we had to follow in a line (quite slowly too) and never really got to enjoy the quad bike. The group size wasn't huge, but in hindsight I wish we'd booked the private option, because then maybe the two of us could have let loose just a little.

The trip would take 3 hours, but after 2 hours we were back he our resort. Furthermore, we would drive 20 minutes, this was 10 minutes and then it would be for 40 minutes quad biking through the hills of the desert, this took 20 minutes and was completely flat with the driving. So all in all we drove about 30 minutes, half of what was described. The rest was stopped for taking pictures, which you can then pay for. Also in the Bedouin camp you don’t see how they live, only how they do tourism, such as offering a camel ride and drinks. All in all, very disappointing. Quad biking was fun and the tea was nice

To run away from – a scam from start to finish We booked a quad and camel ride with dinner and desert show in Sharm el Sheikh, and it was a catastrophic experience. From the start, we feel that everything is organized to extract maximum money from tourists, without any respect for the promised service. • Camel ride? A staging: we were just taken upstairs to take a picture, then asked for money, without any rides. • Souvenir photos? 50 € requested for photos taken without our request with their cameras. Chicha? Our companion wanted to sell it for €40, even though it costs €4 on site — 10 times the price! • Glasses for the quad? We didn’t have any, they sold us disposable plastic glasses for 10 € each for the children. • Dinner? Bland rice and a tiny piece of chicken, served without care or flavor. • The show? Totally sloppy, pointless. We have already made similar trips to the desert, particularly in Morocco, and this has nothing to do with it. Here, everything seems geared towards scamming and quick profit, at the expense of the visitor experience and respect. Must be avoided, especially with the family. A real disappointment.
