We enjoyed our Safari trip the team was great

I was really disappointed with the trip. The person who picked us up did not speak to us at all, we weren't given a safety brief or offered helmets, I had to ask for them. The trip was supposed to be a sunset trip but we got back an hour before the sun set. Basically drove quad bikes which were really fun for about 20 minutes, then went into bedwin tent and pressured into writing a good review while the guide held my phone and connected to his hotspot. I deleted the review 2 days later to write a more accurate one. It was not surprising that we were constantly asked if we wanted to buy drinks, pictures and videos along with shisha and then we basically spent 20 minutes driving back again. One of the drivers was nice but apart from that it felt like an unsafe, money making venture.

It was great fun riding the quad bike, really nice setting. It was very busy with lots of bikes around us but it didn't feel unsafe.Would of been nice to be able to go faster as we had to ride single file and not overtake, we also did get picked up late, I see why we had to do this though to keep us all safe. They did also pick us up 40 minutes late, but made up for this with private transport there. Great value for money too. If I did it again, it would be best to pay more and do private rather than as a group. Overall great experience, worth booking.

Meet most amazing tour guy and he made sure that me and my daughter have the best time ever. His name is Ahmud. He treat us with care and safety. Fully recommended. We are coming back next year.

We was taken on a buggy tour into the desert . Ahmed, the guide led us into mountains and we stopped via traditional shops/cafes for chai tea and photos. Camel rides was mid way. Very good experience. And recommend Ahmed and this experiance

One of our holiday highlights. Really good value, pick up and drop off easy. Quad experience through desert was brilliant with great guides, local heritage, star gazing, belly dancer and fire shows and bbq was super.

Easy and stress free pick up. Star safari guides were great, our son got to ride up front with yassar which he loved. Got to explore the safari area in great length. Recommended must do when in sharm el ***** 5 star trip to do.

Quad Biking Sunrise Absolutely incredible experience! Me and my partner had the BEST time quad biking during sunrise. 🌅🏜️ We’re only 18 and 20, so we were a little nervous beforehand, but we felt completely safe and comfortable from the moment we were picked up until the moment we were dropped back off. The guides were absolutely brilliant, friendly, reassuring and made sure we felt safe throughout the whole experience. The views were amazing, and watching the sunrise while quad biking through the desert was honestly unforgettable. It genuinely felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. We’re so glad we booked it and would 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh! ❤️

Our quad biking experience with Tourex Egypt got off to a disappointing start. We were a party of three, and our tour operator was nearly 50 minutes late picking us up. With temperatures around 37°C, standing outside in the heat for that long was frustrating, especially as I had to contact Tourex Egypt myself to find out what was happening. In my opinion, communication should have come from the tour operator first to let customers know about the delay. The person I was communicating with was trying to contact the driver and explained that one of the other guests had apparently given the wrong hotel, which caused delays for the other pick-ups. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I felt this could have been avoided with better organisation and due diligence beforehand. As we were staying in Sharm El Sheikh, I would have expected the tour operator to confirm the exact pick-up location for each customer in advance, particularly when there are multiple hotels with similar names. As a native, know where you are going before the day, so nothing like this happens. It was also a little frustrating having to contact the company several times for updates, rather than having one person responsible for keeping customers informed. For me, customer service is a very important part of any tour experience, and unfortunately, the communication and organisation on this occasion weren't up to the standard I expected. Once we finally arrived at the quad biking location, however, things improved. We were able to get on the quad bikes and set off pretty much straight away, which was appreciated after spending so much time waiting for the pick-up. The quad biking itself was enjoyable, although I felt it could have been more exciting. The person leading our group was travelling quite slowly, so there wasn't as much adrenaline or excitement as I've experienced on other quad biking tours. On the return journey from the Bedouin tent, I asked Dizer, the photographer, if he could ask the guide to pick up the pace a little. He did speed up slightly, which made the experience better, but personally I would have preferred a faster and more exciting ride. One definite highlight was Dizer, the photographer. He was friendly, engaging and made an effort with everyone in the group. He took our details so we could purchase the photos and videos, and everything was delivered that same evening as promised. Big shout-out to Dizer for providing excellent service and following through exactly as he said he would. Overall, the quad biking itself was enjoyable, and there were some good moments, but the experience was let down by the very late pick-up, poor communication and lack of organisation at the start. With better customer service, more accurate pick-up arrangements and a slightly faster-paced quad biking experience, this could have been a much better excursion.

Great time in the desert with Atv quads, guides were great with the youngest child!! Great fun .

Great experience went to echo mountains and got lots of photos and videos in the family buggy.

Safari was good experience. We were the only vehicle, which made the experience better. Our driver was alwas looking his phone, neglecting traffic rules, and refused to drop us inside the hotel gates with an excuse of low gas. It was just 200 meters. We didn't have similar situation with any other drivers.

We had a really great time on this tour. We booked a private tour for four people and with our own guide. He’s name is Badr, and he was so friendly, competent and nice, he really made sure we had the best time!!! I recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a great experience!

The trip was great! Was amazing seeing the mountains of Sinai. Very fun to drive the ATVs. And an all around great experince. However, we booked a sunset drive, which took place quite a long time before the sunset. Other than that the experince was amazing and i would highly recommend it!
