Dalia was a splendid tour guide very good , perfect communication in English and vast knowledge of Egypt , she even went out of her way to help my mum who has walking problems , nothing was too much for her to help us out and always happy and smiling 10/10 highly recommended

Shocking, constant changes to plane times, in the end they wanted us to be picked up at 2.45am for a 4am flight, not returning until an 11pm flight back. Trip cancelled, holiday spoilt, 2 days wasted without being able to book other things. Viator no help at all, they washed their hands off it. I am still waiting to speak to a manager about this yet they have not called. Totally mis-sold a trip. if i wanted a 24 hour trip i would have booked the coach, however opted for the plane instead as this was supposed to be a 12 hour turn around. After speaking to other tour guides out in Egypt this is totally commonplace. The operators do this all the time to enhance profits, they move you onto cheaper flights and change the itinary to suit themselves. There is no way Viator do not know this is going on. We booked this trip before leaving the UK from what i thought was a reputable company. I expected our plane tickets to be bought as soon a we booked through this company......... this was not the case. I spent the entire day before the trip chasing the tour operator for information, they promised us seats on a different flight at 12pm, then cancelled that at 7pm. i spoke to 2 different people at Viator during this time, one was useless, not listening to thing i had to say. the 2nd was slightly better but despite promises of this being raised to management level, this also never happened. i sent all communication between myself and Best tours to Viator via email so they could see how much we were being messed about! this made no difference. The facts are this, Viator and 'Best Tours' Spoiled 2 days of a 6 day holiday, they failed to deliver what was paid for and promised, then tried to blame the airline instead of taking responsibility themselves. The main reason for this holiday was to go to the Pyramids.......... thanks to viator and a tour operator called 'best tours' this never happened. Thank you Viator.....

Ahmed Rabea is super knowledgeable all things Cairo and Giza. He is patient and flexible with a large group and will customize experience throughout the day. He maximizes the amount you can do in one day in a way you wouldn’t be able to do alone. He is passionate about the history which is contagious. He clearly hosts groups often as he is very familiar with the driver and all staff at the experiences which also enhances the experience.

We had the best day at Cairo visiting the pyramids, sphinx, camel ride and the civilisation museum! What made it even better was our tour guide Mazen Maher, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable, nothing was too much for him he went above and beyond to make it a memorable day for our family!

We had the full-day Cairo tour with Nasser as our guide, taking us around the Pyramids of Giza, the local area, and some traditional shops. Nasser had a wealth of knowledge about ancient Egyptian history, which made the experience even more enjoyable. He also went above and beyond by helping me organise and capture the moment when I proposed to my partner outside the pyramids. A special mention also goes to Mohammed, our driver, who did a fantastic job navigating Cairo’s busy roads and getting us everywhere safely. Thank you both for making such an unforgettable day. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and driver, and we’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Egypt.

A very pleasant day, starting with breakfast overlooking the pyramids, traveling in a clean, air-conditioned car, and visiting the impressive Grand Egyptian Museum, all in perfect time for our family. Our guide, Dalia, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

Mostafa was our host today and was really helpful throughout the day. I had 3 young children with me and he made sure they were entertained. We have learnt a lot about ancient Egypt and have really enjoyed the day.

We had booked a private day trip to Cairo and was accompanied by Nassar our tour guide and Abdul Rahman our driver. They were very accommodating to our needs and looked after us extremely well considering how far we had travelled to be here today. They were kind and pleasant during the whole trip. We had the most amazing experience. Our lovely tour guide Doha was fantastic, so knowledgeable, helpful and made our trip. We were met at the airport and driven to the pyramids. We spent time taking lots of photos and went inside the pyramids. A ride on a camel was also included which was great fun. We were then taken for a delicious lunch with chicken/rice/ salad/ pasta. There was plenty to eat. We then went and visited a few local shops before then ending the day with a wonderful boat ride along the Nile. All very relaxing and nothing was a problem. Returned to the airport on time for our plan back to Sharm. Thank you Doha for making our trip unforgettable.

We were asked to write a positive review before the trip was even finished, so keep that in mind when reading other reviews of NiceTours. This review is written honestly the day after the trip. Communication: Communication before the trip was good. We received quick responses to questions about visas, drivers, and logistics. On the return trip to the hotel there was some confusion between multiple drivers on WhatsApp, including miscommunication about flight times, which caused drivers to arrive at incorrect times. In the end we only had to wait about five minutes after landing, and once we connected to Wi-Fi they responded quickly, so the issue was resolved fairly efficiently. Trip: We booked the trip to see the Pyramids and the GEM Museum. Since the GEM Museum closes at 3 PM, the pyramid visit felt somewhat rushed in order to still make it to the museum. I'd ask to swap these to allow for more time at both. After the scheduled visits we were also taken to three markets, which were not part of the original program. Some were interesting to see, others less. As expected they were focused on selling products, but the vendors were friendly and not overly pushy. Lunch was at a local restaurant around 4 PM, so it’s a good idea to bring snacks to last until then. The food itself was excellent and very authentic. After lunch we were taken on a boat ride on the Nile, which was also not listed in the program. Two people in our group didn’t enjoy it because they were cold and hadn’t signed up for it, but I personally liked the experience. Guide: Our guide, Dalia, was friendly and had a good sense of humor. At times she was a bit difficult to understand, or she would explain things to individuals rather than the whole group. Because the schedule was tight, there wasn’t always time to ask her to repeat things, so some information was lost. We also didn't get a lot of historical information, which was a real pitty. She did a good job keeping the day organized. However, she could sometimes be a bit pushy about taking typical tourist photos or joining optional activities (like the boat ride), even when some people had already declined. Overall, I still enjoyed the experience. It’s impressive how much we managed to see in a single day including a flight. However, parts of the trip felt a bit disorganized and slightly amateurish. That said, I don’t have other tour experiences in Egypt to compare it with.

Our trip to the pyramids in Cairo from Sharm was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was very well organised, which made the long journey smooth and stress-free. The transport, timing, and overall planning were excellent, and we always felt well looked after. A special thank you to our guide, Doha, who was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Doha explained everything clearly and shared lots of interesting facts about the pyramids and Egyptian history, which really brought the visit to life. Seeing the pyramids in person was unforgettable, and the whole day ran perfectly thanks to the great organisation and our fantastic guide. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Sharm — it was truly a highlight of our holiday.

Her deep knowledge of Egyptian history brought every site to life in such a meaningful way. She didn’t just explain facts — she told stories with passion and heart, helping us truly understand and appreciate the rich history and culture around us. Beyond her knowledge, Doha was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. She showed us genuine care and what felt like true love for both her country and for us as her guests. Thanks to our guide Hager Hayman, who was incredibly skilled and very knowledgeable. She took photos of us and guided us on the discovery of the pyramids and the museum. The lunch was fantastic, and everything was perfectly organized. She was also great with our two children—one of them is 5 years old—and was truly kind and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Organization with flight, driver, pick up at hotel was good and the pyramides were great as well, unfortunately i feel tricked for several reasons. I boiged the tour in german, but afterwards nice tozrs wrote that german tozr guide would cost an additional 100 eur. My guide had no ticked for the museum and bought only one for me, so no tour guide in the museum. Instead of going to the bazar tvey brought me to a parfum selling company, pure tourist selling spot. But what i am most angry - at the pyramides i wanted to go inside, the tour guide jasmin said only for 40 eur extra for the small pyramid. I gave her the money, but i saw no ticket control, that made me suspicious. I asked nice tours afterwards and they confirmed (and also online you see) that the small pyramides are for free!!!! When i toled nice tours the story they said first that also ticked for small pyrmamides, i said them thats not correct and they ssid they follow up internally.....nothing heard aftoer one week....

Hishek was our tour guide, he was very nice and friendly. He gave us bottles of water each, and explained history of egypt to us and it was very clear and nice! he showed us around the pyramid and brought us to good photo spots! The camel riding was so scary, but it's really good to experience! Also, the lunch was delicious :) I really recommend this tour! without the tour guide, it would be so difficult to enjoy this trip! also I everything is included, so I think this tour is very affordable!

Great experience but be prepared for crazy Cairo driving. Our driver, Mohammed, was absolutely the best!!!!! He got us all around safely and even went out of his way to acommodate us. Our guide, Lataal, was very knowledgeable and experienced. He made every effort to make sure we enjoyed our trip. We went with NiceTours....they were fantastic at making sure our flight was booked and we met our guides at the right places. They even threw in an extra dinner for us.

We were told the day before we were due to go on the tour that it was cancelled, this was after we had arrived in Egypt and months after booking (and paying in full) for the tour. They had even taken all our passport details the day before telling us what a great time we would have. They hadn’t booked the flights and one were now available- that was it. We had to go on to the website and cancel ourselves if we wanted our money back. No alternative pandered or any explanation about how poor they had organised things. Holiday ruined.

Awful, simply awful. The operator cancelled 2 days before the trip having taken full payment months ago and taken all passport details the day before cancellation with no mention of impending cancellation. Ruined our holiday with zero concern or offer of alternative. Really really bad service.

Well worth the trip from sharm. Long day but well worth it. Mariam is a knowledgeable guide and fun too. Pyramids were amazing, grand museum was extensive - probably worth a day in itself if you are keen.

I highly recommend this day experience! Everything was thoughtfully planned from start to finish, making the entire day seamless and stress-free. Our driver arrived exactly on time, and all transportation was incredibly smooth. We were picked up in Cairo and then met our amazing guide, Hager. She was extremely knowledgeable and spoke excellent English, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We had an unforgettable time at the pyramids, followed by some shopping, lunch at a fantastic local spot, and a visit to the museum. The museum itself is absolutely stunning—there’s no way to fully take it all in during one visit, but it was an incredible part of the day. Egypt is so rich in history, and Hager truly knows it all—she is a wealth of knowledge. This is without a doubt the best way to experience the pyramids!
