Standout service! We have used their services multiple times and referred other people to use them too. They are always on time, checking via WhatsApp the day before if all is good. Never a hiccup or even slightest issue. Pricing is transparent. We even used them to commute from our hotels to city center. The car is super clean and the drivers are super polite.
Great company Mahmoud answered all our questions via WhatsApp very quickly and the whole booking process went smoothly The car provided in both directions was very clean, air conditioned and very spacious with a very friendly driver I highly recommend this company We traveled from Sharm El Sheikh Airport to Rixos Seagate Hotel
Moahmoud is a great driver. Very safe. Minibus is clean and modern. I use him to transport my family and friends all the time.
Everything was perfect as always. Mahmoud is very friendly and helpful. We are always confident that everything will be under control with you
10/10 would recommend. Our flight got delayed for 30 minutes, but car was waiting for us at the airport. Easy to find, as the driver had a sign. The car was clean and exactly what was needed for a quick drive from the airport to the hotel. Best way to contact them is via Whatsapp. Super responsive and helpful. We were in communication the whole time, so no worries at all about if it is legit or not. Great value for money, as no hassle and quick driving.
Elite Transfer have been so incredible with giving us a car service, car was 10/10 very new also clean, ibrahim our driver was so cute, he did his best for a best customer service, i will 100% use them again and again.
We contacted with GetTransfer.com with Mr. Mahmoud El Bana. We were very-very pleased with the quality of service. Everything was at the highest professional level. We will only contact him in the future.
On time, comfy minibus car, everything went as expected. The driver was waiting with sign at exit of the airport terminal.
Would recommend for Sharma airport transfer - reliable pickup despite 1 hour delay no issues, met with board in arrivals and tracked our flight on his app, constant WhatsApp communication for reassurance etc. Nice big mini bus for our bags, family of 4. Good price. Very happy and would use again.
Airport pick up arranged, flight was delayed by over an hour. Landed to message from driver who was tracking the flight and had arrived in perfect time. Nice vehicle and friendly driver. Highly recommend.
I chatted via WhatsApp to organize our transfer and from the beginning till the end everything was very fast and smooth. Good communication
Great service. Car was spotless and the driver was really friendly. Good English level. Patiently waited for us at the airport.
Amazing customer service. Friendly , helpful, polite, professional with excellent people Have used many fine before and continue too
Excellent transfer service, the best in the area, and this is not my experience with them. Timely commitment, modern cars, and a friendly and polite driver who helps us carry our luggage and follows up on our trip and arrival time. I recommend this company.
The driver waited for us at the airport and was carrying a sign with the name I requested from the company. The car was very comfortable and the driver was excellent and the ride was safe. Thank you for this great service. It is the best.
Excellent reliable service, the car was very clean and the driver was friendly He helped us carry the bags I recommend everyone to try this company
The driver was spot on time, car clean! He waited a few minutes to make sure we got to the right terminal. Top service! We’ll use him when we come back!
Perfect service. We waited at the airport for more than an hour. The van was very clean and the driver was friendly. He helped us carry the luggage and the drive was very safe. Thank you for the service provided to us. I recommend it to everyone.
We booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The taxi never came. We waited around, looked for the driver and we could not find anyone. Would not recommend this company.
We booked this service to be picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel as the price seemed reasonable, we waited and waited but no one came to get us we had to take an airport taxi which was very expensive, would not recommend.
We are 4 girls and we used the transfer service for each of our movements. Great service, punctual, clean car and driver very friendly. I highly recommend it.
Everything perfect, very professional and punctual.... impeccable service .. advice
DO YOU WANT TO MISS THE PLANE? WITH VIATOR IT IS GUARANTEED. 1) The driver does not show up for the appointment 2) I contact the support who replies "a moment I check" 3) assistance no longer communicate anything. Since it was getting late I call a taxi that takes me 20€ to take me to the airport instead of 13€ viator. Missing your plane to save €7 is not worth it. During the holiday week we met taxi drivers who for 10€ took us from the hotel to the airport, but given the reviews so positive I trusted. Now I wonder: are these withdrawals true?
We used Mahmoud's services for 1 week, at our every request he never refused. Transfers to and from the airport, excursions organized by him at affordable costs, dinner out, even took us to a pharmacy where the locals go, so as not to make us spend more. I can only thank you for your availability. We will definitely return to using your services.
We booked a mini van, being in four adults with four large suitcases, for transfer to the airport. The booking was conveniently made via whatsapp. All very well: punctual, cleanliness on board and courtesy of the driver.
Excellent service punctual both way and back clean car and friendly driver I also recommend it for hiking
Mahmood was our travel companion. For any move we always trusted him. A serious but above all honest professional. I recommend you do all the excursions with him, because he offers affordable prices.
Excellent, reliable service. We booked one day before our trip, and the driver waited for us for more than an hour and a half at the airport. He would not take additional money. The car was very clean. I recommend it to everyone.
Excellent service and a very friendly driver, and this is not the first Experience with the company and our flight was delayed and they will not ask us Additional money for the delay. Thank you for this service
An excellent company, very respectful of appointments, and the driver was also helpful and kind to us. The bus was very clean and drove safely. I recommend the experience to everyone.
