I booked the Royal Arnold treatment at the Royal Arnold branch Rosetta Hotel in Sharm, and from start to finish, the service was amazing. Booking via WhatsApp was so easy, and they took the time to explain each treatment package in detail, which I really appreciated. The prices were also very affordable for everything included. The experience itself? Absolutely incredible. The two ladies who treated me (I’m so sorry I can’t spell their names!) had magic hands – so gentle, kind, and professional throughout. Every step of the treatment was perfect – from the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi to the body scrub, face scrub, foam massage, and then a full 60-minute oil massage. It was the ultimate relaxation experience. By the end, I was completely at ease… I actually fell asleep! 😌 The whole atmosphere was peaceful and calming, and the facilities were fantastic. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend – I would definitely go back again!

From start to finish, we felt very looked after. We were picked up in a modern car at the time we arranged with Arnold spa and taken to the Spa reception. A few minutes after being given some fruit juice, we were introduced to the two ladies who were looking after us. They guided us from the sauna to the steam, then jacuzzi where they gave us some tea. After this we were taken in to the treatment room and given a full body scrub, foam massage and 2 face masks. After relaxing for a few minutes we were rinsed with hot water and led to the massage room, where nice calming music was playing. I was given a deep tissue massage and the lady worked hard on the tension and knots in my muscles, while my girlfriend received a nice relaxing massage. They even used hot stones, which was not part of the package. Nothing was rushed and we received the treatments we asked for. I can’t stress enough that the establishment is beautiful and the staff are amazing. We will definitely be back, it was worth every penny and we tipped the ladies for their service. We were offered a lift back to our hotel, but decided to take a slow walk back.

Everything in Egypt can be interesting and sometimes deceiving. However, not this Spa. Everything from the pickup to the ladies giving us the treatment were phenomenal. I gave hell to the manager on duty Mr Islam in the beginning because there was a misunderstanding with our booking but even then he was sweet and eager to help! Thank you Mr. Islam and team!

It's a yes from me!! Overall I had a good experience here. The booking was so easy I was shocked. A few what's app messages to explain where we were and what we wanted and finished. We were collected on time in a brand new clean car. We went for VIP program. There was a chocolate orange body wrap and that was wow! The smell of that treatment alone was top marks. Only down side was one of the girls kept talking throughout the treatments to her collague which was irritating when trying to relax. Another plus is I paid £57 each and not once was we asked to buy anything extra, it wasn't even mentioned. The cheaper places hound you so this is another plus. The jacuzzi was very strong chemicals also but we spoke to the owner who reassured us this is to keep things clean and he tests the levels regularly. The place was spotless. Both girls were lovely and did a good job. I booked a blowdry after and she was wonderful also. I would return.

Omg! This was one of the best massage place that I have been to in sharm el sheikh! The masseuse was a lady named Tootta, and her hands were magic! She understood where the pains of my body was and really made me feel so comfortable! She knew what she was doing and checked on me all the way to make sure I felt comfortable! Prices are good, I even got my daughter to get her pedicure, manicure and back deep tissue massage and she really enjoyed it. If I ever come back to sharm el sheikh I will definitely treat myself to a hammam day, it’s well worth it, will also be telling my family and friends to make use of it! They also gave me free pick up and drop off back to hotel! They were a very friendly team, I felt at ease with them. Thank you team Arnold Spa

Tota and Rania looked after us so well. From beginning to end it was absolutely brilliant and we feel so revitalised. It was so calming, good value for money for 2 hours. Going as a couple I’d absolutely recommend.

This was a lovely experience. Transport from our hotel - on time. Plenty of fluids to keep you hydrated. Everyone was so friendly. The masseuses were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Clearly highly qualified. Came out refreshed and beautiful skin.

Tota did excellent massage very experienced and professional so relaxing. I know I have to do it again. I also had a pedicure done by Mamar was lovely with great music, friendly face and wonderful attitude. You have to try this place when you’re in the area easy location right off the main street.

Had a fantastic massage from a very experienced masseuse and plan to return next week for a second one. The masseuse knew exactly where my stress points were and adjusted the pressure accordingly.

My husband and I went here for a Turkish bath and massage package. The actual place is lovely, very clean and tranquil. The package we were given was good value for money. My husband enjoyed his treatments. I have given this 3 out of 5 due to feeling very degraded and embarrassed. During my Turkish bath the spa person made me remove my bikini top and walk around without it. Then during the wash down after the scrub she stood me up and pulled my bikini bottoms off. She was washing me down. She didn’t give me the option of washing myself. I felt very humiliated. Would I go again… no it was very embarrassing

Had a amazingly good experience. Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, turkish bath and finished with a relaxing massage. 2 hours in total. Looked after by Mr Islam. Really good at his job. If I'm ever on holiday in Sharm again I will be back.

Wow. Wow. I’ve had a few massages but never a Hammam. We were looked after by Nora and Nada who were warm, welcoming and charming. We immediately felt at ease. After the sauna, wet room and spa, we had a rub down, sloughing off dead skin, followed by a foam bath. Lots of bubbles, which made me giggle for some reason. A paint on of mud followed which was left to dry. And then, a full body massage which was out of this world. If you’re here in Sharm, this is one luxurious treat you really don’t want to miss. Speak to Karim, he is one of the co owners and he will sort you out. We want to book another before we go back home.
