From Sharm El Sheikh Airport Private Transfer

Avoid Egypt Excursions Online like the plague they are rude, belligerent hopeless and greedy. Booked a taxi transfer from our Hotel to the Airport with an incorrect pick-up time [am instead of pm], my mistake not theirs. However with 5 hours of notice and multiple text messages, they totally refused to change the pick-up time and managed to get quite abusive to our request for a later pick-up. Despite advising that no one would be going to the Airport 12 hours early, they still sent a driver who harased the Hotel Reception Staff for us to leave early. Needless to say a very bad experience with Egypt Excursions Online and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

We have booked transfers through TA with this company 4 times.. Every experience has been good. Communication is excellent, drivers have always arrived on time and are pleasant to talk to. We feel price is competitive and is good value. We will use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Great experience with Hadeer Mohamed. She was communicative and waited for us even though we had a flight delay. Highly recommend.

Dire! 7 destinations checking in at 10 consecutive desks including Special assistance who had priority. 1.05 to check in, baggage belt failed, told to leave (unweighed) bags at desk=chaos.Short of manpower. PA system low volume and drowned out by internal construction noise. 4 departures through one doorway, total lack of information-Gate 3, no Gate 8, queue 45 mins, Gate 3! 180 people move against the queue of 3 x 180 through same doorway. 20 mins later Gate 8! Join same queue of 3x180 trying to progress through said doorway. Total of 3.30 stood queuing. Have used the airport 6 times now, it is getting worse, partially due enhanced security but mainly due inept management, lack of information and staff shortage. Plan ahead pre departure!

Great experience, seamless transfer to my hotel, driver was waiting for me outside with a sign of my name, got me to the hotel quickly and safely. I'll be using them on my transfer back too.

Good comms, on time, driver was friendly, printed name on a board when I exited from the airport. I didn't know you have to go outside though past the meeting area. A taxi guy inside told me

Our flight was over 2 hours late but the driver was waiting! Took us to the hotel safely! What more could you want? Great!

The pick up from the Airport was seamless, so much so we added another trip during our stay to go to the Hard Rock Cafe (Nabq) we can back early by taxi and I tried to cancel but they said it was too late and kept the money (I gave them at least 2 hrs notice) Then the return to the airport time needed to change as it was too late for our flight - they charged me for that too, it wasn’t so much the cost and the annoying nickel and diming you. They also sent the taxi to the wrong hotel. Their organization needs to step up their game, however the cars were nice and drivers were very professional.

Booked and received confirmation of transfer through TripAdvisor. Received message from transfer company which was confusing as it had the wrong pickup time on it. We had to confirm details back to them so we queried the time and they changed it. If we hadn't noticed we wouldn't have had a transfer. Visa versa on return message. Anybody that uses these check your times. Landed and exited the airport l found guy holding placard up with our name on it. Was told to wait at that spot. Waited and waited , everyone else was catching their transfers and leaving. We were left more or less on our own watching everyone leave. We were getting frustrated and annoyed as we had paid good money for a waiting car and quick transfer to hotel. Car finally arrived and driver was very apologetic for being late. He loaded suitcases and we climbed in. He then revealed that he had been eating his dinner that's why he was late. Man could we smell it too. It wasn't pleasant at all. Plenty of other transfer companies to choose from so won't be using these again.

Don't use this transfer its a scam they didn't turn up. Our good luck we had help but when we called the number we were given, we were told it was a number to a spa.

Perfect! I booked both pick up and drop off. The drivers on time, nice cars, no hidden fees, fair price. They also have local trips if you need.

I used this service last year and it was excellent. This year we had to wait 20mins for our car to arrive and then it was a van not a sedan car like last year. One of the other drivers from the company did help us find where our driver was and keep us informed of his arrival. The plane was half an hour early which may have caused the issue.

The driver was waiting outside when we got there with my name. The car was new and clean. He got us to our hotel in 20mins, speedy driver but I didn't mind. One thing though I asked on the website for transit to pick up at 11pm as I had a feeling we may get out late out of the airport (flight landed at 10pm) , so I booked it to be picked up at 11pm but it seemed the driver was there earlier and may have possibly been annoyed. So if you get a message about your flight time messages and say for them to come an hour later as the queues at the airport can get long.

Great transportation provided to and from the hotel. Kept on touch with me by confirming. Let me know when they were going to arrive and always followed up to make sure enceinte was ok. Drivers were very nice, punctual and friendly. Totally recommend. 10 out of 10.

Pickup on time driver was outside the terminal with a board that had our name took us to the hotel much quicker than the transfer bus we pre paid before arrival so we new no hidden costs highly recommend smo

I arrived on time and waited outside the terminal as requested but the driver was not there. Asked on WhatsApp and they said that the driver was waiting outside the terminal. There were only maybe 10 other transfers happening when I arrived, so it would have been easy to spot. After enquiring again and waiting 45 minutes I got no response. Ended up getting a taxi at the airport for £2gbp cheaper.. And to top it off, they refused the refund for the no show.

It was a great experience for us. The vehicle was new and comfortable. Although our plane was on a route and we lost a lot of time in the passport line, our driver was waiting for us at the door with a paper in his hand. He helped us carry our luggage. He offered a safe and comfortable journey. By the way, I would like to especially mention that my trip was at 04:00 at night.
