A fantastic diving experience, but let down by transport and snorkelling The actual scuba diving experience was fantastic! A special mention to Sameh the instructor, who was absolutely brilliant. He made the experience enjoyable, and the diving itself was definitely a highlight of my trip. Unfortunately, the snorkelling experience was disappointing. I would give it 2/10, purely because I was refused fins despite having confirmed through Viva that they were included in my booking. I even showed the staff a screenshot of my confirmation, but they still insisted that I had to pay extra. This was frustrating, especially when I had already paid for the experience. Communication was another challenge. Most of the instructors were good, but there was a language barrier with some of them. We ended up relying heavily on one person to communicate, which made things a little difficult. The biggest disappointment, however, was the transport. On the way to the diving location, the driver was 50 minutes late. He then drove at what appeared to be more than double the speed limit, reaching approximately 140 km/h in a 60 km/h zone. This was genuinely frightening. On the return journey, he drove past my hotel and refused to drop me off because we were on the opposite side of the road. What made this particularly frustrating was that he had picked me up from that exact location in the morning, and I had simply crossed the road to meet him. Even more concerning, the driver was viewing WhatsApp statuses while driving. I actually have a photograph of this. This was incredibly unsafe and completely unacceptable when responsible for passengers' lives. Overall, the diving itself was an amazing experience, and Sameh deserves genuine recognition for his excellent instruction. However, the issues with the snorkelling equipment, communication and especially the transport safety significantly affected my overall experience. I would happily recommend the diving experience itself, but the transport arrangements and safety standards need serious improvement.

Beautiful world both above and under water. Helpful staff. Smooth communication with the company.The only downside is you have to wait as there are too many people around. Recommended.

Excellent from start to finish, great communication, organisation was good, instructors excellent and stunning views all day :) the diving experience was out of this world, like swimming in a fish tank but only the fish get bigger :)

The trip itself was nice. Be careful of the scuba diving instructor separating you from ground and offering you extra diving time. Even if he says he will add time, it is a scam. Don’t add anything extra, also the photos and videos were 100 euros, not worth it. They ruined a beautiful day for us.

Very well organised trip. Friendly, professional crew. We went on the Try Scuba Diving trip and had 2 dives amongst the beautiful coral and witnessed stunning colourful fish. Highly recommended.

Boat Yosef1 was amazing and made me and my partner feel safe. We did all the activities from scuba diving and snorkelling which was amazing. I’m a non swimmer but I was safe in the sea

Amazing diving and snorkelling experience in Sharm. The provider is very helpful and friendly and messages you before the activity to ensure everything is in order and lets you know what is needed for the day. On the date of the activity all the crew on the boat were so helpful and informative. They were very detailed with the safety talk and helped swimmers who weren’t as confident. They were all very friendly and would recommend this to anyone!

Amazing day out on the sea, boat was clean, equipment was all spot on, diving was incredible and our instructor was brilliant, just take some extra money cause you are going to want the photos! Only thing to mention is there was a lot of other boats, doesn't impact the trip but I was surprised how many other excursions were out at the same time. Well worth the money though!

It was such a nice journey we had especially the scuba diving . And the team was such nice and good behaviour. The sheep goo.

Honestly was a 10/10 experience. Didn’t have snorkelling originally booked but went for it and I cannot urge everyone to DO IT ! It was a surreal experience and made my holiday for sure. The team are professional and a big shoutout to Ismael for making sure everything went smoothly and safely. BOOK THIS !!

It was very nice, We went to Ras Mohammad and then to white island. It was my first time and it was very good experience. Alaa was fantastic

Nice day out on the boat, we did two dives. Saw many things, sting rays , moray eels plenty fish. Guys were all nice and helpful too.

Everything was perfect. Staffs are professional and friendly. Their were so accommodating. They will guide you from the start till the end. You guys should try it. It was really amazing.

First time scuba diving the lads made it very easy for beginners and made the trip enjoyable, food is good and board and a great day

Had a wonderful time, scuba was good but my second dive was cut short as others before me had longer than expected dives, so mine was limited.

The experience is nice. Crew is nice, the food and drinks are also decent. But there is too many people to snorkel comfortably. Also White Island is incredible, but there is that many people and boats that you can barely see it.

The best diving experience in the world with the wonders of the red Sea I saw all the madness on. I can’t believe what I’ve seen and how good the experience was.

We enjoyed the tour in general. Only issue was we were taken from our hotel at 7:30 but the tour started at 10. So we had a long waiting time. Other things like the diving, food etc. was good

Beautiful views. Bring your own water and snacks for convenience. And make sure your phone is charged so you can take plenty of pictures!

The diving and snorkelling werefantastic and cool. The food was not bad, however it wasn’t that much luxurious. All in all, it’s recommended for those who like see activities.
