Aladino Hammam Program

I would not recommend Aladin Golden Spa Hammam. The leaflet advertised a 2-hour experience, but in reality, including changing clothes, we got around 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes at most. Everything felt rushed and poorly organised. Tourists were coming in constantly, there was not enough space, and the whole experience felt more like a conveyor belt than a relaxing spa visit. The massage lasted no more than 20 minutes and was very unprofessional. Considering the price, I expected a much higher standard of service. We actually booked another hammam experience at our hotel afterwards, and the difference was night and day. It was much more professional, relaxing and enjoyable. Unfortunately, Aladin Golden Spa was a disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend it.

Great place for those looking for a massage or facial. Very reasonable priced. I was getting quoted the same amount when booking with tour excursions. The spa is very clean and get a much better and relaxing experience when booking with golden spa in comparison to other spa in the area. If you are staying in pickalbatros hotel I would definitely recommend booking with golden spa

I had such a wonderful experience at Aladino Hamam and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. A special thank you to Messi, who did my hammam and massage. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and made the whole experience so relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed, and my skin has never felt so soft! I’d also like to say a huge thank you to the lovely lady who looked after my 10-year-old daughter. She was so kind, patient, and gentle, making my daughter feel completely comfortable and turning her first hammam experience into such a special and enjoyable one. She absolutely loved it! The spa was spotless, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and every member of staff made us feel valued from start to finish. Thank you all for such an unforgettable experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing. Best message ever. Nama did great pressure, fabulous. Mahmoud did great pressure will never forget it. One member of group first time and made feel very welcome and talked through everything.

Unfortunately, we were not instructed to bring swimwear. At the spa, they had replacement swimwear, which meant you were given a piece of see-through fabric as a bikini that was also much too small. I felt very embarrassed and uncomfortable because of this. The whole experience also felt very rushed; if you had only been in the whirlpool for a few minutes, you already had to move on to the next treatment. After the treatment, a female manager asked how my experience was. When I honestly shared my experience with her, I received 10 apologies and she understood me completely, because the swimwear was too small for her as well. When I had to fill out a review card later, I mentioned this, to which the manager reacted agitatedly. Then she suddenly said that I should have indicated that the swimwear was too small, because then I could have been given a scarf to cover myself more. In other words, she deflected the blame to me and it was my fault. The only positive experience was the 30-minute massage.

From the UK ,this is not what we expect from spa. Not relaxing herded from station to station. We had Cleopatra program. Chocolate seemed to be old coffee grounds. No privacy and no attempt to protect modesty from therapists and other clients. Large communal room more like turkish bath. Concerns at cleanliness. Facial was white cream painted on with paint brush then told to wash off yourself in changing rooms. Massage was actually very good and all staff friendly and helpful . Sorry to say if looking for relaxing spa do not choose here

Was a great experience. We visited first to check out the place and book our treatments. I think we got a better rate that way - but who knows ! Thre treatments were great and the "strong" sports massage from Saad was juyst brilliant - just ewhat I needed. so well done.

Felt like we were prey and in a processing plant. The workers, who were capable and friendly, seemed to be miserable and potentially exploited. They rush you from station to station, and doesn’t seem hygienic. Men and women in same areas, people bustling and calling you out. Customers walking around half naked and staff are so casual leading you around quickly and talking loudly. No soap for the showers. Just lots of sweaty ppl in different water environments. Only relaxing part was the massage I paid for. Tables are also quite narrow, couldn’t fit myself and my arms on the table.

This was our 1st time doing a Turkish Bath ( partner has done similar experiences ) . The experience was amazing; from when we arrived we were made to feel comfortable. Nas & Habi made sure we were comfortable & happy the whole way through. This was well outside my comfort zone but thoroughly enjoyed it We are coming back to Sharm next year and will definitely book in again.

Everything was extremely nice, massage masters are very polite and attentive. The interior is very beautiful and tasteful, and the atmosphere very pleasant and relaxing. If I could, I would give an extra star for the Fountain with fishes.

The is was in Dubai at the Sea Point Hotel. The service provide was exceptional. A really nice setting and the staff extremely professional and made you feel very relaxed. This was an excellent experience. Well worth a visit

An excellent hammam. Absolutely everyone was friendly and helpful . I bought a package from my hotel so expected it to be a hit it miss. Well it was a hit of the trip. Dry sauna was hot, steam sauna was fragrant, scrub was refreshing and I had the best masseuse Sima who had magic hands with perfect firm pressure . She knew how to work the knots and found all my pressure points. One of the best massage experiences.
