It was a really great experience! We enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The Turkish bath was excellent, and we were also very happy with the massage. Everything was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
The whole thing ran very smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the spa was within the grounds of one of Sharms better hotels. As a solo lady traveller I was nervous getting a taxi alone but booking it in this way left a safety 'trail' if you follow me. The drivers there and back were pleasant, courteous and entirely professional. The spa experience was so pleasant and relaxing that I'm thinking of doing it all again on my last day. This is however Egypt and yes everyone was clearly wanting a tip though no one asked directly: c'est la vie!
I booked a 2-hour package, including a hammam and a massage. Right after booking, I was contacted to be informed about the hotel pick-up time. Everything went perfectly. Upon arriving at the spa, we were welcomed by two lovely ladies who took great care of us. We started with a massage (I recommend the medium-pressure massage), which lasted about an hour, followed by a dry sauna, a steam room, a foam bath, an exfoliation treatment, and a soak in the jacuzzi. It was a wonderful and very relaxing experience. I recommend doing this early on in your stay—it helps you achieve a much nicer tan afterward! :)
It's private and a bit factory line esque, but it's pretty good. The massage was a bit too firm so I had to request soft, but the foam was particularly nice.
That was a great experience! The whole program lasted for 2 hours and included a massage (aprox. 1 h),a foam massage in a hammam, a sauna, a hammam again and a jacuzzi. The massage by a female masseuse was light enough but relaxing but my husband had a real professional massage by a male masseur. The jacuzzi had a problem so there were actually no bubbles. Basically, taking into account the whole program and the price payed it was good. I recommend this spa center.
I had a lovely time at the spa. Relaxing and beautiful day! Thank you. Highly recommended!
It was great experience, don’t even hesitate. We went with my husband, we had lovely people who took care of us, it was amazing massage and they were very attentive to us and our wishes. It was our first experience with Turkish hammam and we definitely will go again before leaving
Such a lovely relaxing experience. Highly recommend!
it was good and relaxing after the trip ( we went on the last day of the trip) one thing i didnt like was one embloyee kept asking for tip.. we were gonna give anyway just uncomfortcable
It was a fantastic experience. Superb, punctual transfer. A warm, friendly welcome. Excellent massage and hammam. A truly wonderful experience. I loved it. Thank you.
Great value for money. Staff winderful. Will surely go again soon.
Great experience, very good & relaxing massage and the Turkish bath was different 😂. Looked after us very considerately with privacy! Would definitely book with them again!
Excellent experience, we both felt very relaxed afterwards. Fabulous start to our holiday. Very professional

That place is marvelous. Recommend for couples and family. The staff are extremely friendly and the massage sessions are supeb.
The best spa experience I’ve ever had! Started with a nice relaxing massage, followed by the Turkish bath, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi (if if it was slightly cool), with bottled water provided! The friendliest staff and the best experience, from pick up through to drop off! I would do it all over again every day if I could!
It was perfect, especially the massage with Mohamed, I recommend it. 5 stars plus

It was great expreince, great value for money
Staff was incredible and was well looked after from the start. Amazing facilities Highly recommend
Visit as a family of 4 3 adults one child. Massage was lovely and the Hammam but felt a little rushed. I would say that they can be a bit pushy as one of our family member does not have much movement and they made her get in the jacuzzi and then she could not get out. But apart from that was an affordable spa day. We booked via GetYourGuide and you can use our NEFEAST5 for 5% off.! Works for any number of people and any other bookings on the platform — note: the code works once per email address, so use a different email for separate bookings.
Nice and relaxing excellent value for you're money Uk wales 🏴

Absolute perfection from start to finish. I booked a 120-minute deep tissue massage, and it was hands down one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is serene, spotless, and incredibly calming from the moment you walk through the door. My therapist was exceptionally skilled, taking the time to ask about my focus areas and tailoring the pressure perfectly to melt away all my muscle tension. Every detail from the soothing aromatherapy and warm towels to the polite, attentive front desk staff was top-tier. I left feeling completely recharged and weightless. If you are looking to unwind and treat yourself, I cannot recommend this place enough!
I had a great experience at this spa. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and relaxing, and the treatment was excellent. A special thanks to Nesma and Chaimae for their kindness and beautiful smiles. I would definitely recommend it!
Transport to and from the hotel to the salon was provided. Car was comfortable and air conditioned and the driver was punctual. Opted for the 90minute package. The Massage with Shimu (Shaimaa) was wonderful so was the hammam experience. Had some time in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room in complete privacy. Felt safe throughout as was on my own. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go again. 😊
It was more than wonderful, we all left with a good feeling, the reception and service were great.
Nice, pleasant and beautiful experience. The massage by Noor was great, and she was very polite and respectful. The Hammam should have been better because they didn’t wash the hair and was shorter than it supposed to be.
This was the best Hammam experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve had many! The spa, the staff, the facilities and the therapists were all 5 stars. Thank you so much and we will most definitely return…
This was hands down the best Hammam and massage I have ever had. I do these regularly so I have a good comparison. Beautiful spa, wonderful staff, top therapists. I will most definitely be coming again. Thank you to all the team.
Everiting was super. 100 % Sure i vône back
We had a fantastic experience, at the lotus spa. The service was first class and we felt truly pampered and totally relaxed. We would recommend 👌
Felt extremely anxious on the way in a taxi by myself. My mind was put to rest the moment I arrived. She was fantastic, the place beautiful. Felt like a new woman after my hammam and massage. Just felt amazing! Will probably book again before I go home. Thank you!!!
My husband and I booked the 2-hour Hammam experience at Lotus Spa, including hotel transfers, and it was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everything was so relaxing and well organized. The couples massage was exactly what we needed, followed by a foam bath and body scrub that we both loved so much. We then enjoyed the sauna and steam bath, finishing off in the jacuzzi — such a perfect way to end the experience. We left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. A truly wonderful experience at a great price, and we would highly recommend Lotus Spa!
As soon as I made the booking , BTG gave me clear concise instructions within minutes. The experience was fantastic and very good value for money. Brilliant service from BTG.
Excellent service, punctuality, a very clean location, and communication was easy. I will definitely visit again next time.
Staff was nice and professional. The spa was really clean and I enjoyed it
We had such a good time, everyone was really friendly and lovely. Pickup and drop off was so smooth, they arrange everything for you. Will deffo be coming back.
Very relaxing, beautiful location.
This was my first time here, but it definitely won't be my last because everything was perfect from start to finish! The staff's attentiveness and friendliness, the atmosphere, the treats, and so much more... Lots of love to Ayaa and Sayed, they are the best! 💖
Fantastic experience! The two-hour treatment was top-notch, the massage was excellent, and the therapists were very kind and professional. They pampered us the entire time. The Turkish bath was also amazing. It’s an experience I would gladly repeat, and I highly recommend it!
the experience was amazing from picking up the driver was on time and able to communicate The massage, excellent customer service beyond as my booking didn't not include oil massage had to top up
I visited this spa during my stay in Egypt and overall it was a good experience. I paid around €36 for an hour and a half, which is very good value considering it included a Turkish bath, jacuzzi, and sauna—all enjoyable and well organized. The massage itself was excellent and relaxing, but it felt a bit too short compared to the total duration of the session. Part of the time was also spent on a head massage using body oil, which was pleasant, but it reduced the time dedicated to a full body massage. Overall, I would recommend it for the value for money and the variety of services offered. With a longer massage time, it would be perfect. Rating: 4 stars.
Fantastic Hammam and massage with my elderly parents. The staff took real good care of us and made the experience special.
