Very disappointing experience !!absolutely not worth the price. Even not a five stars hotel ! This hotel was nothing like the photos and videos advertised online. The reality was completely different, and I was extremely disappointed from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were very unprofessional and unwelcoming, especially Barsoum in the reception area . The way we were treated was unacceptable and made the whole experience even worse. The hotel’s setup is also very misleading. The restaurant and seating areas are in a completely different location, right on the main road, which is not what you would expect from the pictures and descriptions. The beach is also around 20–25 minutes away by car, so it is definitely not “close to the hotel” as the comments and photos may make it seem. The cleanliness was also below expectations, and overall, the hotel simply does not justify the price at all. What bothered me the most is the huge difference between what is advertised and what you actually get. This is not professional or transparent. I was so disappointed that I checked out almost immediately and went to stay at another, much more respectable hotel. Definitely not an experience I would repeat, and I would not recommend this hotel. Save your money and choose somewhere else.

Hotel Review An excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a welcoming and well-organized environment, with a high level of professionalism and outstanding attention to guests. A special mention goes to the animation team, who were exceptionally friendly, engaging, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Hotel was beautiful! Best part was the different pools and the aqua park. Staff are lovely and very attentive. Food is delicious and not the same every day. It’s close to some cheap shops which are a 5 minute walk away. Air con in the room was very good and effective. The rooms were very clean as they were cleaned every single day and we even had funny towel sculptures. However, I did have diarrhoea for half of the holiday as did my mum. This started off incredibly painful and eventually just meant we couldn’t go too far. I know a lot of other people in the hotel also had it at the same time. One person mentioned that the chicken was not cooked properly so it could be chicken. We did see them use filtered water in the drinks and slushies so it won’t be down to the drinks. Unfortunately, the clientele ruined the holiday a little bit. A lot of people are just incredibly rude and will barge you out of the way. There are also children running up and down the corridors all night screaming and the staff on reception do not do anything to stop this. If you are in Parkland then I don’t think this would be as big of an issue as the rooms are in small clusters however premier is one extremely long corridor. Had we not have had diarrhoea for most of the holiday then I would say 5 stars as I suppose the clientele is not the hotels fault. Overall, if you want peace and quiet then stay in Parkland and go to the Dolphin pool everyday, if you have children and don’t mind the noise then stay in Premier and visit the main pool where they have daily aqua activities. Again, staff are lovely but they need to challenge people in the corridor as it kept me up for hours every single night. The food also needs to be checked thoroughly though it was tasty. Cannot comment on the beach or the surrounding area and activities as I was too unwell to do anything. Quick tip: most of the staff and shops prefer USD or Sterling Pounds. You can take a mix of all three. Also, take a pen to the airport! They make you sign a visa on the way there and back. No pens are provided so we had to beg people.

Perfect hotel for family vacation. Incredible atmosphere and show programs, the animators are brilliant. Service is nice. Our rooms are very clean. Naama bay is naar to the hotel. Would like to come back
