The staff at this hotel are so amazing and friendly. My room is lovely and seevice is really good. Public areas are nice and clean. The resturant is also very clean. The animation team here are spot on. They are so friendly and easy to get on with. They are always working and easy to get hold of. So smiley and bubbly all day everyday.
A couple tips and advice for the hotel would prefer different alcohol but I know that all all-inclusive are the same. I also wish that there was bottles of water around. Also the evening entertainment could be a little better for the children.
Other then this I would highly recommend this hotel I've really enjoyed my stay here.
Overall, we had a great experience at the resort.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent, with a different cuisine available each day, which kept every meal interesting. Breakfast was good, although I think there is room for improvement with the variety and quality.
Mohammed did an excellent job cleaning our room. The only area that could be improved is the rooms themselves, as they could be of a higher standard for a 5-star hotel. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the resort.
Staff are really friendly and happy to help you with anything. Entertainment team are lovely. Pool party was the best ….so much fun.

We like everything here ! Polite staff and nice service. Food is very good too. The animation team so incredible and energetic, they are so sweet ! The territory is tidy and comfortable in everything. Also our room is pretty clean and comfy.
This was definitely not my first stay at this hotel, and it certainly won’t be my last. I’ve been coming here with my family since I was a little kid, and we still choose this hotel every time we visit. It truly feels like a second home.
I would like to thank every single member of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. A special thank you to Abanoub at the reception. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything. His positive attitude and excellent service really made a difference.
I also want to give a special thanks to the animation team, especially Valeria. She always made sure we were having a great time, kept us updated about all the activities, and made everyone feel welcome and included.
The food was amazing, the service was outstanding, and every single employee—from the newest team member to the management—deserves appreciation for their hard work and kindness.
Thank you all for another wonderful stay. As always, this won’t be our last visit. We can’t wait to come back again!
