Really it was a great experience; everything were super excellent from the first impression it was amazing the reception staff are great; Great thanks to Mr. Mikhail (the reception Asst. Manger) and Mr. Raafat also Ahmed (in the reception) all the reception staff are welcoming, helpful, friendly, professional and kind. Also the rooms are great (but you should pay attention while reserving to choose your suitable room according to your preference); the room was clean with a great view with all the facilities to make your stay more pleasant. House keeping staff were very helpful. The animation team was really funny… Coming to the most important part in the stay (Food and Beverage): 1- the STAFF was amazing they are helpful, smiling, keen on that everyone is happy and satisfied… Special thanks to all of the chefs specially Chef Arabiy and special thanks to Kirolos and Hossam) 2- the FOOD verities; the are 5 different restaurants with different cuisines… My experience with the main restaurant (Jewels restaurant) for the breakfast is very good with different kinds of food; for Lunch and Dinner are amazing different dishes of beef, chicken and fish at every meal… 3- the TABLEWARE are all the time clean and sanitised and available all the time. 4- the DRINKS; I enjoyed different drinks from different bars and all were good and in a good quality… I highly recommend “SUNRISE DIAMOND Beach resort Sharm El-Sheikh”

Overall, we had a very good experience at the Diamond Hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay! There were a few small issues at the beginning, particularly with the reception and our rooms. However, the staff eventually managed to resolve these problems, which we appreciated. The spa experience was also very good overall. However, we had a slightly disappointing experience with one of the ladies handling the spa reservations. She was not particularly friendly and made us feel rushed, which was unfortunate because the spa should be a place to relax and enjoy the moment. The restaurants and food were very good, and we really enjoyed the variety of meals offered throughout our stay. Regarding the restaurant staff, chefs, and waiters, most of them were very kind, respectful, and welcoming. Of course, some were more friendly and attentive than others, but that’s normal everywhere. Overall, we really appreciated their kindness and hospitality. The entertainment team was also fantastic! All the entertainers were very friendly, welcoming, and always brought a positive atmosphere to the hotel. They really helped make our stay enjoyable. There were also a few small details that could be improved, such as the towels in our room. For example, we were three people, but sometimes only received two towels. Nothing too serious, just little things that could be better organized. Despite these minor issues, we had a really nice stay. The atmosphere was great, the food was good, and we met many wonderful and respectful people. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday enjoyable. We had a great time! 😊

We had a wonderful experience at SUNRISE Diamond Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, but what really made our stay special was the amazing service and the Posh Club experience. The Posh Club was absolutely worth it. The service was excellent, very attentive and personalized, and it made our stay feel extra special and relaxing. A very special thank you to Mark, Islam, Mahmoud and Sayed from the Posh Club. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their warm and friendly service truly made a difference during our stay. We also really enjoyed the Royal Beach. It was beautiful, peaceful, and one of our favorite places in the resort. A big thank you to Ahmed for his wonderful service and for always taking such good care of us. Overall, we had an amazing stay and felt very welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend SUNRISE Diamond Beach, especially the Posh Club experience. We would happily come back again! ❤️

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the Sunrise Select Diamond Beach Hotel. Kareem and El Sayed did a great job of looking after us for the whole stay. Rooms were bright, modern and cleaned everyday. Food was always fresh and varied. The pools were a perfect temperature and very clean. The animation team were fantastic too and brought great energy to every day. There is also a dedicated pier which you can use for snorkelling along the reef (best to go in the morning when the fish are feeding). If you need everyday items like footballs, snacks etc Mango supermarket is a 5 minute walk and cheaper than the hotel shops. You can also use the hotel spa for a shower if you want to freshen up before heading home. I would definitely recommend the hotel and found all the staff exceptionally friendly.
