Sheraton Sharm Hotel, Resort, Villas & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Sharm El Sheikh. The room, the breathtaking view, and the beach were all amazing. We especially enjoyed the food experience. A special thank you to Chef Ashraf for preparing the most delicious meals for us on request, even when they were not part of the buffet. We also want to thank all the staff, especially the dining team, for being so friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.

I am very disappointed with my stay at Sheraton Sharm Resort, Villas & Spa. Unfortunately, the service was far below the standard expected from a five-star hotel. The welcome at reception was cold and unprofessional, and the staff did not make us feel valued as guests. Throughout our stay, the level of service was slow, inconsistent, and lacking attention to detail. The biggest disappointment was the food. The quality of the ingredients was poor, the meals lacked variety, and the overall dining experience was far below what should be expected from a resort of this reputation. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of hospitality, customer service, or food quality. I sincerely hope the management takes these comments seriously and makes significant improvements for future guests

We are here in the sheraton hotel for the next 5 days and have been here for the past 3 weeks. We booked this hotel on the recommendation of the adverts on you tube and reviews. When we arrived we were more than pleased. Reception book in was good .we have had exceptional service from the hotel staff in the bars and restaurants and a big shout out for Muhammed at the pool bar and seabar he certainly goes the extra mile to make you feel welcoming. Our. Cleaner is very accommodating and always polite. Thank you. However the food is not great its cold most days so we have e now resulted to having breakfast and eat at the poolside in the daytime. We asked one of the entertainment team if we could watch the England game on the same TV that was shown the Egyptian game and was told point blank NO. We have put up with fire alarms being tested at 3am 6am 7am every other day.its hard enough to sleep with the heat without being awoken suddenly by alarm. We shall enjoy our last few days however we will not be returning.

The hotel delivers a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with spacious rooms that are tidy and well-equipped. The bars have a nice atmosphere, offering a decent selection of drinks, though staff efficiency could be improved at peak times. The beach is clean and inviting, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. The animation team stands out for their enthusiasm and friendliness, keeping guests entertained with games, shows, and activities throughout the day. Their effort adds a lively spirit to the resort. Overall, it’s a pleasant destination for both relaxation and fun, with minor areas that could benefit from better organization and faster service Had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts! Everything was great, but what really made the experience special was the animation team 👌 Big shoutout to Mo Mo — honestly one of the best people there! He brings so much energy and fun, always coming up with new games and activities. Thanks to him, we were never bored for a second. He keeps everyone engaged, active, and enjoying every moment instead of just sitting around. If you’re looking for a fun and lively atmosphere, this is definitely the place to be — and Mo Mo is a big reason why! 🔥
