We had a fantastic time at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the service and food to the atmosphere and hospitality. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help.
A special thank you to Ibrahim, the bartender, for his great service and friendly attitude. He always made sure we had a great time and served everything with a smile.
Also, a big thank you to Billy from the entertainment team! He was full of energy, fun, and positive vibes, and really helped make our holiday more enjoyable.

Everything was amazing, from the room and food to the service and atmosphere. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really made us feel welcome.
A huge shout-out to the animation team! 🎉 They were so energetic, funny, and professional. The activities and entertainment were always enjoyable, and they brought such a great vibe to the whole holiday.

We had a really positive experience at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort!
We were very lucky to receive an upgrade to a Presidential Suite with a beautiful sea view, which made our stay truly special. The suite was spacious and the view was absolutely amazing. However, we can’t comment on the standard of the other rooms.
The food was good and quite varied, so everyone could find something they liked. We especially loved the desserts – they were really great! 😋
The biggest advantage of the hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and smiling and the guys in the restaurant deserve huge praise!

The hotel has amazing views and a beautiful location – the sea view and the coral reef are truly impressive.
Unfortunately, the funicular was not working during our stay. If someone doesn’t want to use the stairs, the hotel provides shuttle buses, so it is still easy to move between the different parts of the resort. However, considering the hotel’s location, it would be great if the funicular could start working again.
It was also a little disappointing that the waterfall, which the hotel is actually named after, was not working. We were hoping for that “wow” effect 😅
Anyway, we had a really great time and were very happy with our stay!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. One of the highlights was the beautiful coral reef, which offered fantastic snorkeling with crystal-clear water and colorful fish. also several beautiful swimming pools, so there was always a perfect place to relax.
What impressed me the most, however, was the incredible staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and always smiling.
All the waiters were very fast, professional, and hardworking, always providing excellent service with a smile.
A special thank you to Khalil, the waiter, and Sebai, our housekeeper, for their outstanding service. Khalil was always friendly and attentive, while Sebai kept our room spotlessly clean every day.
An even bigger thank you to Hashem, the lifeguard, who truly went above and beyond every day. He was always cheerful, professional, and attentive, making sure everyone around the pool well taken care of.
