The hotel was excellent! Everything was perfect. Is ok for a resort in Sharm but not ok for a Pickalbatros resort.
No lamb? No shrimps? The only barbecue is chicken and fish with more bones than meat. Is this Pickalbatros?
Air con smells like medicines and drives me dizzy 🥴. They spray tons of insecticides right at dinner time and food just try to comes back . Water on grass in evenings makes it smell horrible like chemicals. Never seen or smelled so bad and heavy oddors in no other resort. Also they are lazy, don't serve costumers at bars and restaurants.nobody cleans nothing never. Cooking machines are covered in thick dirt.
Look and learn from the sister hotel Pickalbatros Golf Beach. All is super fine there!
The only positive thing is about the very good room cleaning and the best manager at reception/rooms!!!
The hotel is great. Animation team made my holiday the best. Food/drinks good. Rooms are big and modern. New aqua park opened 25th of May and amazing. Definitely want to come back again next year.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Pickalbatros Luxury Suites for 7 days, and it was a wonderful experience. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, the service was so incredible that they were quickly forgotten. We are leaving with the satisfaction of having had a magical week.
Special thanks to Abdallah anda Salim at the front desk for his professionalism. In the restaurant, the staff's energy is admirable. Always a smile behind the logistics, the food was tasty and a variety of dishes . On the beach, the service was top-notch, especially thanks to Saki for his great energy, and chefs hamed and Abdala, who are amazing people. I highly recommend this place to all my fellow Italians looking for quality and great service. We will be back!
