⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing family holiday! Everything was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Mr Mostafa, Reception Manager, for taking such great care of us and always being helpful and professional. Also a big thank you to Mahmoud from Housekeeping for keeping our room spotless every day. All the lifeguards and staff were fantastic. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back! ❤️
Amazing and friendly staff but on occasion would walk right past and ignore simple requests. Hotel has a buggy service which is convenient given the size of the place and on extremely hot days a life saver but at times it was a let down and we missed breakfast 2x due to not ring picked up from our room. Food is ok. There is a verity but nothing to brag home about. Nearly all the selections taste the same. If you have taste buds, you'll know what I'm talking about. We ended up finding a Mackey's / KFC/ pizza hut and an Indian restaurant in nama bay and all at reasonable prices. Kids enjoyed the pool area by the room and the aqua park which is decent sized. There is food drinks and ice cream available along with other little snacks throughout the day and late dinner service from 2200 00.00 which I thought was a nice touch but I did not utilise due to again having taste buds. Overall, the hotel is worth it and there are some amazing staff to help at hand. Manager was (hamad) I think his name was (I am really bad with names) was amazing and very tentative. Carla at help desk was amazing All the buggy staff were great Housekeeping staff were super amazing Pool staff were had a chip on they're shoulder but the aqua park staff were very friendly. Ahmed (aqua park manager was equally amazing) Thanks to each and everyone for for all your kindness, help and attention you have shown us. Oh.. if you go, you have to try the spa. Kamal is an expert with his hands and he is very passionate about his job. Do try sports massage from him, you'll thank me :)
Our stay here was flawless from start to finish. The rooms were incredibly spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with the most comfortable beds imaginable. When we weren't relaxing in our room, we were enjoying the spectacular pool areas, which featured everything from quiet lounge spots to a lively swim up bar. The food was a culinary highlight, offering a huge variety of fresh, gourmet options for every meal. Combined with a fantastic lineup of daily activities and topnotch evening entertainment, there was never a dull moment. Wonderful hotel with outstanding service. The food was very tasty and fresh with a big choice if different dishes. Alcohol should be better. The rooms are nice and clean, very spacious. The helpful staff are everywhere in all hotel grounds. Beautiful aqua park with fantastic slides for everyone. We would live to come back and we will recommend Aqua Park for everyone.
Excellent service and a wonderful experience overall. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. A special thanks to Mahmud, our housekeeper, who was exceptionally friendly and professional. He cleaned our room every day and kept it in perfect condition. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. My rating is 9.5 out of 10.
