Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Naama Bay, Sharm El Sheikh. The service was excellent, the accommodation was comfortable, and everything was great overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my experience. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

Our experience at Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort has been extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The room was in a terrible condition it smelled strongly of damp, was very old and poorly maintained, the sofa was extremely dirty, there was rust throughout the bathroom, and there was bird droppings all over the balcony. There was also an internal connecting door to another room, which made us feel uncomfortable. We immediately contacted reception and requested another room. We waited approximately 2 hours and 37 minutes, only to be offered an alternative that was not an acceptable improvement. What disappointed us even more was the beach access. We specifically chose this hotel because it was presented as a beachfront resort. However, you actually have to cross a busy road with fast-moving traffic to reach the beach. This was not clearly communicated or shown when we booked the hotel. This is a very important detail that guests should know before booking. This is not about expecting luxury or being overly demanding. We expect basic cleanliness, proper maintenance, hygiene and accurate information about what we are booking. The hotel is advertised as a 5-star resort, but based on our experience, we simply cannot understand how it can be considered a 5-star property. We have taken photos and videos documenting the condition of the room and the issues we experienced. We genuinely arrived excited to start our holiday and ended up feeling extremely upset and disappointed. We would strongly recommend checking recent reviews carefully and looking beyond the promotional photos before booking this hotel!!!

A very enjoyable stay — excellent room, food and location I am really enjoying my stay at Naama Bay Promenade Resorts in Sharm El Sheikh. The resort has a great location in Naama Bay, and I have been particularly impressed with the quality and variety of the food. The meals have been very good, with plenty of choice, and the restaurant is conveniently located. I am also very happy with my room. A beautiful room with direct access to the swimming pool and convenient access to the restaurant, which has made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The resort itself is well suited for a relaxing holiday, with a pleasant atmosphere, good facilities and a convenient location. I would also like to commend the hotel management and staff for their responsiveness and hospitality. They have made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would be happy to recommend this resort to others looking for a relaxing stay in Sharm El Sheikh. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
