A nice, clean hotel with good service, not a party hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, and the mattresses sag too much. The staff really do their best, and nobody pressures you for tips. The room was clean enough, thanks to Mohamed. The bar is open 24/7. The sea is nearby, with direct beachfront access and a beautiful reef full of fish. Cotton candy and popcorn are included in the price. The ice cream is very poor quality, so it would be better not to offer it at all. The hot dogs and burgers are made with low-quality sausages and burger patties, even though the restaurant serves good-quality sausages and patties at lunchtime. However, all these positive aspects lose their value when you consider the lack of umbrellas on the beach during peak hours. Having to get up early in the morning just to secure a spot under an umbrella is not a reasonable solution. I would like to ask the management to provide more beach umbrellas. They are all clustered around the pier. The Royal area is practically empty, yet guests are not allowed to stay there.

Excellent Hotel with 5-Star Service – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at Monte Carlo Hotel in Egypt for 5 days with my family, and overall, we had an excellent experience. The hotel staff were absolutely outstanding. The level of service was truly 5-star — everyone was extremely welcoming, friendly, efficient and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I genuinely cannot fault the staff or their service. The rooms were lovely, spacious and very well cleaned, and the entire hotel was beautifully maintained. It is a fantastic choice for families, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday. The food was amazing, with plenty of choice, and having easy and hassle-free access to drinking water throughout the resort was also a big positive. The one major issue that needs urgent attention is the Wi-Fi. As many previous reviews have already mentioned, the Wi-Fi can be very unreliable and this really needs to be fixed. In today's world, reliable Wi-Fi is an important part of the hotel experience, particularly for families and international guests. Apart from the Wi-Fi issue, I honestly cannot fault the hotel. The staff, service, cleanliness, food and overall atmosphere were excellent. Overall rating: 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A beautiful family-friendly hotel with 5-star service and genuinely wonderful staff. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Monte Carlo Hotel to families visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

Beautiful, clean hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and amazing Red Sea views. The gym is well-equipped, and special thanks to Julia (coach) for her support and motivation. Also, I really appreciated the staff’s honesty - I lost an item and it was found and returned to reception.

Here for 7 nights, second time here. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the gardens are the best I've ever seen, we have a quiet room (308) two queen beds full facilities really clean. The restaurant's are good with plenty of choice, the a la carte restaurant's are not a la carte as we know it but make a nice change. The entertainment is a bit noisy at times but we are a bit older I guess, the staff are the most accommodating I've ever come across, I would certainly recommend the monte Carlo to anyone, will be sad to say goodbye. Thank you to all the staff it's a wonderful place to stay.
