The hotel is very cool. Nice staff. Great animators, the best in Egypt I think. Nice people and kind grandmothers. I really liked the bar and the pool, the sea itself is gorgeous, clean, lots of fish, there's a lot to see. I came for 10 days, and it was the most fun 10 days of my summer in 2026.
I loved my 5-day stay at this hotel! The entire staff was kind, peaceful, and highly professional. A special thanks to Veronika, Tabit, and the whole team, especially the head chef, for the excellent food. The coral reef, the beach, and the overall atmosphere were absolutely amazing. Thank you all for making my stay unforgettable. Thank you, Egypt! 🇪🇬❤️
I'll update this later but a quick review to start things off. There's a good reason why this hotel has such good reviews - rooms, service and location are all excellent. In theory it's 4 star but I imagine it would be a 5 star other than a few technicalities. Let's start with the staff - all 5 star and would be equally at home and not out of place at the Four Seasons across the bay where we stayed two years ago. Rooms - modern, spacious and spotless. Spa - if you come here please give the spa a visit - there are deals to be had if you commit to 4 visits which are great value and make the difference between being a relaxed you or a feeling younger relaxed you!
Day 1 Review The night receptionist, Ahmed, deserves a special mention. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. If you need anything during your stay, I'd recommend asking for him. Unfortunately, my experience with the morning reception staff was the complete opposite. The check-in attitude was basically, "This is what it is, and you'll have to live with it." It had all the warmth of a fridge.🥶 The room is good value for the money. However, if you're a married couple, be prepared for a surprise—you'll most likely be given two single beds. We were told there are only around 20 rooms with double beds, and those are mainly reserved for honeymooners. Fair enough... but don't expect the promised "We'll push the beds together" solution to magically happen. Even after asking several times, we eventually became the hotel's unofficial furniture-moving team minus the uniform.😅🚚👷🏻 Housekeeping did a good job overall, and the room was clean. That said, a few small details could be improved. The tissue box looked like it had survived several previous guests and contained about five tissues. The bathroom amenities were also very basic: shampoo bottles and a bar of soap—no shower gel or conditioner. The bathroom bin didn't have a plastic liner either. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's one of those little things you usually expect in most hotels in Egypt same as you would expect the ☀️ . The restaurant was a mixed experience. The salad bar, desserts, and bakery were all surprisingly good, with plenty of variety. The main dishes, however, were a bit... shy. One thing the hotel definitely gets right is the bar staff. Every bar we visited had friendly, helpful employees who always greeted guests with a smile. They really add to the experience. The evening fire show was fun, entertaining, and a great way to end the first night.🔥🔥 As for the pools and the sea... after the trip, my energy levels were somewhere between "I'll just sit down for a minute" and "see you tomorrow." So, the swimming part will have to wait for Day 2.🥱😴🪫 Down due to the reception service again
