This is my second year in a row coming back, and I can honestly say that this beautiful resort has become my go-to destination for vacations, relaxation, and simply enjoying some quality time. The chefs are absolutely amazing, the room service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. I always have a wonderful time here, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again.❤️

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel feels like it was made almost entirely for Russian guests, and as Turkish guests, we felt clearly discriminated against and treated differently. We were even told that we couldn’t get our drinks in glass cups, while other guests were allowed to. Staff members constantly came up with different excuses and gave us misleading information. The animation team was also a complete disappointment. They seemed far more interested in taking money from guests than providing entertainment. Do not book or join any activities offered by the animators without checking the prices and details very carefully. The alcohol was absolutely awful and the drinks were extremely low quality. The food was acceptable, but almost everything was heavily spiced and difficult for us to enjoy. Overall, the service was poor, the treatment was unfair, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. We genuinely regret choosing this hotel and would never come back. If you are Turkish, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was great, especially the amazing beach it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful the overall experience was very enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the food taste, and the AC in the room . The location is also excellent, as it’s very close to SOHO Square and easily reachable by walking. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.
