The hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk from the beach, set in a beautiful bay. Guests can use the hotel’s private beach area. There’s always something going on thanks to the animation team, who keep the atmosphere fun and engaging throughout the day. They’re friendly, energetic, and really make a difference. A warm hug to Kinga and Marta 🤗😀. The rooms really depend on which one you end up in. Some have been renovated and feel fresher and more comfortable, while others are older and quite basic in terms of amenities. To make sure you have a nicer stay, I’d recommend asking for a renovated room ahead of time. The buffet offers a wide variety of options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Still, I’d definitely suggest trying some local dishes, they’re usually more flavorful and a bit spicy, but that’s part of the experience… otherwise, what’s the point of coming here? One downside is the misleading advertising about the “one free dinner” in one of the three specialty restaurants. In reality, the free menu covers only about 10% of the full menu, and the included dishes are basically the same ones you can already find at the main buffet. So it’s not really the special dining experience you might expect.

The staff were incredible, they were the main reason the score is as high as it is, followed by the outside pool facilities. Everyone we came across was genuinely friendly, helpful and always up for a laugh. The food was also mostly ok and they had a lot of options - could be more flavourful with some dishes but some decent options for the price you pay. Great location - easy to walk around. But, the hotel needs major TLC. The rooms were outdated, visually but also the features. The TV was satellite so had only 1 channel we can watch, no smart TV option and the quality even if you did want to watch, the quality was horrendous. The rooms had no WiFi, which should be a basic, and even in the lobby the WiFi was not great quality. The shower water pressure is terrible in the rooms, and we had instances where the handle literally came off the tap. Thankfully the team were there and on deck to support - but unfortunately they can only do so much with what they have! There were some sockets which did not work or were in awkward positions, some completely broken which created a spark when I plugged my charger in. The toilet door would lock in a position which forced my partner to open it for me. And many more small things which overall, should be a given. It’s a real shame because the outside facilities and the staff were incredible. The actual building needs attention and that will hugely increase the score. For me, it felt more like a 3 star - but for the price we pay it was ok.
We had a really enjoyable stay at Ghazala Gardens overall, and I have to start by saying that the staff are genuinely lovely. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The outside facilities are also very good and, in my opinion, definitely deserve 4 stars. However, the rooms are where I feel the hotel needs some significant investment and TLC. For an all-inclusive resort, the condition and facilities in the rooms have a noticeable impact on the overall enjoyment of the stay. There are a number of smaller issues that add up. Some of the sockets are positioned at awkward angles rather than conveniently above the bedside tables, and not all of the sockets worked. The shower pressure was quite poor, the room furniture felt dated, and the TVs are also outdated and not smart TVs. The biggest disappointment, however, was the complete lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms and across the resort. In 2026, this is something I would expect to be available at an all-inclusive hotel, and having no Wi-Fi at all significantly impacts the overall experience, particularly when staying for several days. I would happily return if the rooms received some modernisation and the Wi-Fi situation was improved. The staff really are a credit to the hotel and do their best to make guests feel welcome, and the outside areas and facilities are enjoyable. Unfortunately, the outdated rooms and lack of basic modern amenities prevent the overall experience from matching the standard you would expect from a 4-star resort.
Perfect hotel located right in the centre of Sharm el Sheikh, maximum 5 minute walk to Naama bay. Food is good, hospitality is excellent the staff would do anything for you. The beach is around a 5 minute walk through their sister hotel Ghazala Beach. The hotel by itself is beautiful, rooms get cleaned every day. Animation is also nice. This was my second time here and i can’t wait to come again.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Ali Rashid, the manager, for his professionalism and dedication to ensuring guests have a great experience. I would also like to recognize Ahmed Essa, the receptionist, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout my stay. His warm welcome and excellent customer service made a real difference. I truly appreciate the hospitality of the entire team and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!
