Dreams Beach Sharm El Sheikh

DO NOT GO THERE! I am writing this review to warn other tourists and hopefully save them from the terrible experience we had at Dreams Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. From the moment we arrived, everything was disappointing. We were given an extremely dirty and smelly room that clearly had not been properly cleaned. The smell of mold was unbearable, and the conditions were completely unacceptable for a supposedly five-star hotel. In my opinion, this hotel barely deserves two stars, definitely not five. The food was disappointing, with poor quality and very limited enjoyment despite the All Inclusive package. What is even more ridiculous is that you are not allowed to take something as simple as a slice of bread from the restaurant to your room, even though you have already paid for All Inclusive. The staff were extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional, with the exception of the gentleman who cleaned our room. Instead of treating you like a valued guest, they treat you like a walking ATM. It feels like their only interest is getting more money out of you rather than providing decent service or showing basic respect. On top of everything, the spa facilities cost extra, despite the hotel advertising itself as a five-star resort. Overall, the hotel is dirty, smells unpleasant, the food is disappointing, and the customer service is terrible. It is absolutely not worth the money. I genuinely regret choosing this hotel and strongly advise everyone to avoid it. Save your money and book somewhere else. This is nowhere near a five-star experience.

I’m currently staying here in a gorgeous Red Sea view room towards the back end of the resort which itself is huge and I honestly can’t say a bad word about this place. For my first time in Egypt, I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. There’s just a tangible buzz here that people genuinely are enjoying themselves that I’ve not felt with other hotels in other countries. The staff simply cannot do enough for you, you’re always made to feel looked after and like a true VIP. I’d like to especially shout out Dahar who is one of the housekeepers, he’s so lovely and goes well out of his way to make the room feel like a palace after he’s been in during the day and is very polite saying hello and asking how our day is. Just perfect service. Amir who is one of the managers is consistently ready to wait on you and provides amazing service during the food services and evening time if you’re around the restaurant or outside dining area. Again, just cannot do enough for you and always provides service with a genuine smile. This right here is a man who wants to make sure you’re having the best time. The food choice can be a little limiting and repetitive given it’s a buffet style but honestly? There’s still enough for you to fill your plate and it never hurts to try some new stuff too and the live food prep area is a fun little thing as well during each service. The chefs knock up a fantastic omelette during breakfast that you can customise with all different ingredients and while you’d think there’s a language barrier, I’ve actually found that everyone here speaks better English than half the hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe so you’re never going to be far wrong chatting with the staff here. You might feel hounded by all the business reps trying to sell you excursions and massage sessions but believe me, they’re well worth it and you can see why they try and sell them to you - I had my first deep tissue massage after booking three sessions and it’s an amazing experience that’s genuinely going to leave you feeling properly refreshed afterwards. Overall, if you’re coming to Sharm El Sheikh and you’re looking for a good hotel? Stop looking. You’ve found it. Dreams beach resort is the place. Shakrun lak!

Dreams Beach Resort - Sharm El Sheikh Отличный отель, вкусная еда прекрасный вид на море. ​A wonderful experience overall! The food quality is genuinely great with a good variety every day. The resort is massive with wide open spaces, and the rooms offer excellent privacy and comfort. The highlights are the breathtaking views where the rocky mountains meet the crystal-clear blue sea, along with a stunning coral reef right by the beach. Highly recommended for both families and couples.

Just returned this morning from an amazing 2 weeks at Dreams beach resort. We had a lower sea view room & the view was stunning. The staff at this hotel are amazing, so friendly & really made our holiday, especially Shady Ravat who works around the pool & works so hard every day & smiles constantly. Also Eric who made sure we had everything we needed around the pool. The pool bar staff are brilliant, especially Ebrahim Sabry who was so kind to us. The food was great & the restaurant staff were fabulous, especially one of the managers Amir who was so kind & helpful. We left the hotel with new friends for life & will definetley be back next year. Thankyou for the memories Dreams beach. See you again soon xxx
