Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh Front Hotel

Great location for soho square. Not much room on front for snorkeling, enough room but seems squashed in. Food could be better I'm afraid. Rooms need a makeover, mainly bathroom, newer aircon units. Did think we would have basic items in mini bar, but nothing. Great size though, very large, nice balcony with good view. Gardens lovely. The staff amazing, what a great team. Whenever we've had a late flight there's been a late small buffet provided, not so here. Swimming pool great.

What a great place. We stayed in the sports hotel. Spacious rooms, food fairly average but decent drinks. The swimming pool and slides were great - we have a 15 + 16 year old who had fun. Great location right next to Soho Square. The one thing that is a particular stand out about this hotel is the staff. I've stayed in many countries and countless hotels. The friendlyness of the staff is 6* from waiters, to house keeping, everyone is so friendly and always say hello. They cannot so enough for you. One member of staff in particular was called El Sayed. He works at the pool bar in the day and the lobby bar in the evening. He was amazing. He couldn't do enough for my family and I. He always greeted us with a friendly smile and always had a laugh with us. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Me and my family recently stayed here for 10 days. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There were some positives, but overall I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The food was one of the biggest issues. There was very little choice, and the quality was poor. On one occasion, meat was served raw, which is completely unacceptable and made us very wary about eating the food afterwards. The drinks were also often flat, and our drink orders were regularly wrong. There was practically no entertainment, which made the evenings very boring, especially when there wasn’t much else going on at the hotel. The room also only had three plugs for the entire room, which is ridiculous in this day and age, especially when travelling with multiple people and devices. The quiet pool was one of the better parts of the hotel and was a nice place to relax without lots of noise. To give credit where it’s due, whenever we had an issue with the room, it was dealt with straight away, so the staff were responsive when problems were reported. The location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest positives. It’s close to Soho Square and has easy access to the beach and sea, which was really convenient. Overall, the location is good and the staff were quick to resolve room issues, but the poor food quality, limited choice, incorrect drinks, lack of entertainment and lack of plugs seriously let the hotel down. For the price, I expected much better and I would not return

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh. The resort is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Red Sea and beautiful scenery everywhere you look. Waking up every morning to the crystal-clear sea and spending our days surrounded by such incredible views made this a truly unforgettable holiday. What made our experience even more special was the exceptional customer service. Every single member of staff we met was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The level of hospitality throughout the resort was outstanding. A very special thank you to Mahmoud Sheba at the main restaurant, who always welcomed us with a smile and made every meal a pleasure. Mohamed from Housekeeping in Block 5 kept our room spotless every day, and his kindness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. We would also like to thank Abdel Aziz at the pool for his excellent service, always checking that guests were comfortable and making our time by the pool even more enjoyable. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Mohsin from the Concierge team and Mr. Ahmed Yahia at the Front Desk. They went above and beyond to ensure our entire stay was phenomenal from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests perfectly reflect the exceptional standards of this resort. The combination of spectacular views, the beautiful Red Sea, and the outstanding service from every member of the team made this one of the best holidays we’ve had. We highly recommend Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. We’re already booking our next stay for October—that’s the best recommendation we can give!
