Song is patient with elderly. He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain to us.
I had a good time with Amira and the rest of the group. She's a very nice & cute girl, we had a lot of fun during our trip!
James was an incredible tour guide, so friendly, helpful above and beyond what was necessary, inspiringly knowledgeable, helpful answered every single question I had, and was just such a delight to spend the day with!
Song was an amazing tour guide. Genuinely loves his job and you can tell. I highly recommend Song and this tour for anyone visiting Shanghai!
This is such a gem of a tour that is super easy on the pocket (particularly when compared to other similar tours priced double or triple even), especially if you're short on time and have just a day, it covers everything and more! I had a private tour experience as it was just me and a very friendly tour guide Melinda and the driver and car were excellent as well. She gave great insight into each site and went an extra mile by showing me the matchmaker market as it was a Saturday and also went out of her way to find an authentic vegetarian restaurant in the old city outside Yu Garden after she learned I was Muslim. It was one of the best meals I've had in my whole trip! The water town is a must see and closing the trip with a bus tour to see the evening lights that ends at Nanjing Road is superb. I got to see the Bund skyline and the Pudong skyline on my own easily, it was beautifully lit at night and then the stroll across the entire pedestrian street of Nanjing saw all the shops sights and sounds before easily taking a taxi back home. Cannot recommend enough!
I had a great experience during my day-trip with Mr.Song:))) I can recommend this tour very much, especially him as a guide 100/10 - he was super patient, informative and showed us around with a big, big smile on his face with the most friendly attitude! We have seen so many beautiful places today - it was a super small group and he took so much care of any single of us! We could ask many questions, he told us much about Chinese history too. I had a super joyful tour and consider him as my first Chinese friend here.:)) 再次感謝 🫰🏻
Awesome he was so friendly and a great tourgide
Mr. Song was very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable of small nooks and crannies on Shanghai. Rather than completing what’s on the checklist one by one he was willing to be flexible with the itinerary which was wonderful in these rainy days. He had good food recommendations and great driving skills, which made our trip feel safe and comfortable.
Our guide Song was absolutely amazing.
Our was great even though because of Typhoon we couldn’t do much Song is such a Great and Awesome Guide. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He was passionate about explaining everything about China and history of places we visited. He tried his best to guide in every possible way. Thankyou Song.
We had a wonderful day and our Guide Song was just lovely! We had many questions and he was so patient with us. Also very informative. Highly recommend Guide and Tour ❤️
very very cool! Song is the best guide in my entire life. And also the journey was beautiful. This is da best trip ever in shanghai.
Song was an excellent tour Guy from start to finish gave very clear explanations and gave us plenty of time to do all the things that we wanted and or will absolutely book again
Song was an excellent tour guide from start to finish he gave clear explanation and gave us plenty of time to do. His food. Will absolutely look again.
First time exploring Shanghai on this day as a family and we could not be happier with our wonderful guide, Song, who was incredible in guiding us to Yu Garden as well as Zhujiajiao Water Town. Thankfully being a Thursday with the President visiting Shanghai, Yu Garden wasn't too busy. Song made sure we had great family photos and made the drive pleasant and fun, while sharing his knowledge about everything Shanghai to us. Highly recommend Song as your guide and if you're not a big group, he will accompany you through the whole tour. Booked through Klook, the tour even included dumplings as well as a refreshing lemon drink at the end. All fees taken care of through Klook. Would have been lost in both places and not as efficient if we went on our own, plus Zhujiajiao Water Town is an hour plus and change, worth the ride with a guide than make the mistake of going there solo. Since it was a record 100 degrees excessive heat, both places didn't have the normal crowded crowds so we were lucky in that aspect. Thank you Song for the wonderful tour, we had a wondeful first time. Highly recommended for first timer as first introduction to Shanghai.
Marco gave me a fantastic tour of Shanghai. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend doing it. In the morning, he took me on a tour of Old Shanghai and Yu Garden. Next, we headed to Zhujiajiao Ancient Town, where I saw a beautiful river with boats on it. We had lunch there and ate some delicious dumplings and rice dumplings. Marco is a really good guide! After lunch, we parted ways so I could take the hop-on hop-off bus tour, which was really great! It’s perfect if you want to visit modern Shanghai on your own. Personally, I really enjoyed the bund, I think it’s a must-do. It was an amazing experience, and it's a great way to visit the city in just one day.
My experience was incredible and more than I hoped for! My tour guide Barry was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. With his guidance, I learned in-depth about the history of Yu Garden, the different influences and significance of the architecture and Chinese culture as a whole. As we walked through Yu garden, the temples and the water town, he shared histories and cultural knowledge about Shanghai and Chinese culture that I would have missed if I had explored these sights on my own! I recommend this tour & guide to anyone who wishes to gain an appreciation for Shanghai and the culture of the region—there’s so much to see/explore on this tour!!
Our excursion was very nice. Song was very accommodating and very nice. He answered all our questions with great pleasure and told us a lot about Shanghai.
The guide did a good job, helped with everything.
Our full-day tour was very enjoyed by its organization, conduct, quality of service! Everything was top level! There were five of us: the three of us - me, a mother with two children from Kazan and a Chinese mother with a daughter. We've been given a special air-conditioned veep bus. Our guide Song separately would like to thank for his courtesy, kindness, very respectful attitude towards us! He speaks English very well, you can see that he loves Shanghai and its history, and China itself, the children communicated with him, asked questions, he answered everything, joked, took care of us on the trip, took pictures of us at our request. He's doing great! We were very deliciously fed freshly prepared traditional Chinese dishes. All the planned places we visited, had a very cool and educational time!
