Shanghai Pudong Or Hongqiao Airport To/from Hotels Transfer

Frank picked me up from the airport and was incredibly friendly and helpful with my luggage. The car was spotless and very clean, and the ride itself was smooth. I was also happily surprised by his excellent English skills, which made communication effortless. Unfortunately, our schedules didn't match up on the day of my return. However, based on my experience, I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming airport transfer on Shanghai.

Frank was very professional, car was extremely clean and he helped me with all my luggage! Don’t hesitate to book!

Excellent driver. Knowledgeable and able to converse with us. Gave good recommendations and was a safe driver. Would highly recommend Frank to any English speaking clients.

Seamless. Was slow to get through immigration and despite this Frank my driver was waiting with clear signage and had also contacted me. When you arrive for first time in a country, a reliable transfer to hotel is immensely calming. Car spotless, offered water on journey, spoke perfect English. Every thing was spot on and would definately recomend and woil use service again

Excellent service, my flights cancelled due to medical service and Frank able to pick me up with a new schedule. Very patience and kind and will book him again for my next pick up.

Frank was a very nice and polite guy! He had been on time, car had been clean and comfortable for two person. He gave us great advice and ideas for our time in Shanghai. We can really recommend him! Next time- again Frank time!

Great job, on time, waiting at arrival, swift transfer, very attentive and service commited. Next time I should repeat!

Frank was easy to spot at the airport, on time, friendly and did a nice job getting me to my hotel through Shanghai traffic.

Frank was there when we arrived. He helped us with the luggage on the walk to the parking garage. The car was clean, and water was provided. Frank was very pleasant and spoke with us during the ride to the hotel. I highly recommend this car service.

Frank is an absolute gem! He’s incredibly reliable, and our communication was seamless and pleasant. His car was spotless and incredibly comfortable, making my journey to the hotel a breeze. His English proficiency was impeccable, ensuring a delightful and stress-free travel experience. I’d book him without hesitation for any future trips. I am so glad I chose Frank for my trip to Shanghai!

Frank was there and waiting for us when we arrived. He was very friendly and polite and got us to our hotel.

We used Frank twice. Turned up on time, gave us an insight into Shanghai and its history and was great fun. Recommend 100%!

Frank is simply fantastic. First off: great English, I was able to communicate with him over WeChat before I departed. He was punctual, quick and so kind that I rebooked him for my return transfer. Hire him if you need: he is a piece of heart!

My wife and I were returning to Shanghai from Chengdu and needed transportation from the airport to the hotel. Mr. Frank was awesome, great communication prior to our trip where he told us exactly where he would be waiting for us. Indeed he was there with a sign with our name. He was very professional and friendly and even so kind to answer during the ride a lot of questions we had about Shanghai and general stuff about China culture, landmarks, etc. He also helped us with all of our luggage. I can just speak highly about Mr. Frank. It was a great trip to China, and awesome transportation like the one from him, made it nicer, better and smother. If we return to Shanghai, we would look for him again. Highly recommended!

Our driver Frank was there waiting. A most comfortable ride from Pudong Airport to our hotel. Will reserve again.
