Alana from the company sent a messages a few times to me to make sure I knew where to meet my driver both the night before, and the morning of. My driver was excellent. I don't speak chinese and he didn't speak english, but we communicated a handful of times through a translation app. And he's a wonderful person, and I was lucky to have him transporting me to and from this absolutely wonderful town.
Simple car ride from Shanghai to Zhujiajiao Water Town. Driver Ms Lee was excellent with pickup and drop off. City is an interesting place to visit.

Mr. Gao was punctual and professional and safely drove us (a group of 13) to Zhujiajiao. He was so accommodating to our requests despite the language barrier. Alana was also very responsive and organized over WhatsApp. Would definitely book again when we’re back in Shanghai

Zhujiajiao’s historic allure is guaranteed! The place was serene and one can catch a glimpse Chinese culture just around every corner. Delicacies and crafts abound, will definitely come back here. I booked transfers from my hotel to and from zhujiazo today and am happy to say that I am very pleased and satisfied with the service provided. The driver Mr Shen was polite, professional and punctual. Likewise with Alana, the service representative with whom I was in constant communication with. My driver was Mr. Shen. He was 10 minutes early to our scheduled time and kindly waited 10 minutes after the start time for our journey as well. Overall the ride from Shanghai was very smooth. The car was clean and peaceful. I was able to take a short nap to and from. Smooth door to door transport without the hassle of worrying about navigation public transport and I was able to come and go on my own time. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. We were in contact all the time with Alana via whatsapp, who explained us all the procedure. The car was clean and confortable. The driver Zhou was professional and carefull in driving. I would advise this tour 100%.
Booked car and driver service from shanghai to zhujiajiao, we are family of 4 never thought that we were picked up by big mercedes car, the car was so comfortable and even equipted by massage function !! We dozed off along the way, ops ! Driver, Mr Chen didn’t know English but conversation could be done through whatsapp / wechat with a coordinator , Alana, who knew English well. When we arrived zhujiajiao, my mom forgot her coat and it was raining day; hence, we texted Alana whether we might ask driver to turn back , in 5 mins he turned back and even gave us 4 bottles of mineral water. Thanks Alana and Mr Chen, we had a great day even though it had been raining whole day yesterday.

Very good experience, very punctual driver and the village is very nice. Less stressful than other forms of transportation, especially if you are traveling with children or family.
