Highly recommend this transfer for pick up at the airport. They sent me a message soon after I booked. They replied pretty quickly when I messaged them. I had no trouble finding the driver when I exited the baggage claim area. The car was nice and clean, and water was available in the car. It made for an easy and pleasant ride to the hotel.

The driver was very nice and helpful. We recevie all the necesry info in order to get help in meeting him... we received even a photo with the shild, which was really helpful in a crowded airport. The car was clean and nice. I will defintelly book this service again. :)

Pickup was fine, though the driver spoke no English, which was a bit challenging. Aside from that, we made it safely to our destination without any issues, which was the most important part!

We arrived close to midnight at Pudong Airport and so glad I pre-booked the airport transfer to my hotel. The driver was waiting right outside the arrival hall with a name card. Although he doesn’t speak much English, he was polite and helped with our luggage. It s a very busy airport, so glad I didn’t have to find my own way to get a taxi or other transport. I went to Shanghai for a four day trip with my family. We took a big taxi from Shanghai Pudong International Airport to the Bund. We could easily find the driver at the arrival gate. He did not understand English, but drove very carefully, so we felt very comfortable.

My flight arrived 55 minutes early and we got through the airport quick and my driver was there waiting for us. Always a great relief. Professional driver.

It was my first time in Shanghai, so I asked to be picked up and dropped off at Disney Hotel. I was able to arrive at the hotel with peace of mind knowing that I could speak Japanese and was picked up from the airport exit. By the way, the price is more expensive than taxis, but you should be careful because there are still many bottling taxis in Shanghai. I also asked the hotel staff to take me to Pudong Airport from Disney Hotel on my way home, but when I was first asked where are you from? and answered JAPAN, they silently took a detour after that, charging me 130 yuan instead of the 80-100 yuan that was originally said. I still think it is cheap, but considering the anxiety, bad feeling and dangerous driving on the way there, I thought a safe pick-up service was better.
