Private Arrival Transfer From Pudong Airport To Shanghai City Hotel

Fantastic service and communication. They made finding my driver and navigating the Shanghai airport a breeze. Using them again during our stay. Very responsive!

I love that the actual company contacted me directly to verify that I understood the directions to the pickup location, as well as to the communication with the driver. MARVELOUS!

Mr Wang was great and the car was very comfortable.

The best arrival transfer experience. Alana reached out to us in advance. Gave us step by step instructions and was with us all the way. Driver Mr Huang was excellent

We booked the transfer from the airport to Disney ahead of time, our travel coordinator Alana has contacted us 24 hours before with full details when and where to find the driver and supported all along the way. Our driver Mr fong was waiting for us where it was indicated and had a comfortable fast trip to our destination. Highly recommend the service as it’s convenient and in the event of language barriers the travel coordinator support to the maximum. Th am you Alana and Mr fong for the warm Welcome to Shanghai!

Had a great experience and Mr. Jin was very professional. Alana provided very clear up front instructions to enusre it was clear where I would meet my driver, Mr. Jin, upon arrival. Since traveling to unfamiliar locations can be stressful at times, I was extremely happy that this was one aspect I had no stress over. I highly recommend this service.

Our pickup from airport was super nicely arranged. Driver was very polite and helpful.car was spacious and comfortable. All was smooth and taken care of by travel company

Easy booking process and received driver details 24 hours beforehand. Smooth pickup and drop off to hotel. Driver was holding a printout with my name just outside of arrivals.

Mr Cheng my driver was exceptionally nice. He found me before I spotted him. Alana is fantastic, very thorough and I will use this service again.

Alana was super communicative and detailed making my transport to and from PVG so smooth. She reassured us the driver won’t leave when we were delayed. Mr. Wang was our driver-was caring and a good driver. Even if you don’t know Chinese like me, Alana was there to help coordinate everything via WhatsApp or phone. She took care of all our needs and questions. Thank you Alana and Mr. Wang.

Easy to book, comfortable car and the communication was excellent! I would recommend this service for first timers to Shanghai

Very prompt and thorough service this was a well organised company , I would recommend to anyone thank you very much 😊😊😊😊

The service was great. Alana reached out to me a day before the trip to confirm all the details. She was very professional and courteous and made sure all my questions were answered. The day of arrival Alana shared Liu’s phone number and they were available on both WhatsApp and WeChat. Liu was right on time and patiently waited as there was delay for my coworker to collect his bag. Car was very clear and driving was very smooth. Overall very happy and great recommend this company

We landed at Pudong airport in the afternoon. As expected, the airport is busy all year round. After we exited the arrival gate and walked towards the meeting point, we were happy to see Mr. Liu was there waiting for us. Without any delay, Mr. Liu led us to the car park and we left airport shortly after. The ride was comfortable and Mr. Liu was very helpful.

Courteous and on time. Car is clean and well maintained. Give a good description of the areas en route to hotel. Help with the luggages

Booked with very little notice and received excellent communication!! Text messages instructing me exactly where to go and what to do. Best airport transfer ever!! Very nice comfortable car and driver was excellent!!

I was pleasantly surprised when our driver led us to a huge tourist bus after meeting us at the designated area at the airport. I was initially worried that we would not fit in one vehicle with all our luggage, but the tour company representative, Alana, assured us that she would arrange a large vehicle, and she definitely delivered! Alana was helpful, very communicative, always available to answer any queries (even on weekends), and gave very clear and specific instructions. This service was problem-free, and I highly recommend it!
