Zhotel The Somekh Building

The room that we took is the biggest unit with the big balcony. The view is beautiful The room come with a bathtub.

I did not stay in. My comment is only for the afternoon tea experience at hotel’s restaurant - Hoxa Bistro. The staff is friendly (compared to average local standards). The restaurant Hoxa feature Xinjiang flavors which exceeding my expectations vs my 3 week traveling experience to Xinjiang with wife in 2024. Lamb soup, BBQ lamb skew, and special Xinjiang milk beer are great combinations. Total of RMB 150 for one person. Great value for money. Particularly with the perk of enjoying the atmosphere of relaxing in a famous historical building. Cheers!

Seriously this building only looks nice on the outside Do not bother to stay here is rubbish over priced, hotel facilities is rubbish, my stay the air con doesn’t work and no room to change no fan nothin, rooms are tiny can’t even open your suitcase, And noisy as well can hear cars and people talking on the street Think twice before you book there are so many other better choice
