I checked into my room and it was disgusting. I found a body of a roach in the corner of the bathroom with hair of the last guest on the floor. There were also cobwebs above the drink station. I called the front desk requesting a new room and they said they could only downsize my room which I did not want. They offered to clean my room and the cleaning lady came and I explained how there were cobwebs, a roach, and hair throughout my room. I left my room for an hour to let her clean and came back to nothing being cleaned with the hair and roach still my bathroom. Terrible service. Also if you want a window, the “window” they describe is a sliver of glass.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as a group of the four friends, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the bed bugs. After discovering them in our first room, we informed the hotel and were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred again, which made us feel very uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness. In addition, the hotel lobby had a strong unpleasant smell throughout our stay, creating a poor first impression every time we entered the hotel. While the staff did change our room after we reported the issue, the underlying cleanliness problems were not resolved. We expected much better hygiene and maintenance, especially for a hotel accommodating international travelers. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its cleanliness standards before welcoming future guests.
It could be better and needs improvement. The room condition needs improvement. The soundproofing is very poor; I could clearly hear noise from the next room and people in the hallway, including doors slamming. The air conditioning was also problematic. It only worked on automatic mode and I couldn’t adjust the temperature properly. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was dust in many places, which made me sneeze frequently. In the bathroom there were mold and stains around the tiles, even though housekeeping cleaned the room daily. One advantage is that there is a FamilyMart in front of the hotel, and it is not far from the train station, which makes transportation convenient. However, I chose this hotel based on the positive reviews and paid for my stay in advance as my main accommodation during the trip, so I was quite disappointed with my experience.
I stayed for 3 nights. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very helpful. We communicated through a translator :) and the hotel is not far from the metro. I highly recommend it.
Great location, very close to the railway station and connects to a few metro lines. The area is quiet and has a few convenience stores and restaurants around. I stayed in the Business Double Room. The room was clean and there was enough space for a big suitcase. The layout of the room separared the bed area and the coffee table/couch area by a wardrobe. The coffee table area gets really cold in the evening, maybe because it's close to the window. However the bedroom area was pretty much insulated. The water pressure and temperature from the shower was great. The tap water would sometimes smell weird in the evenings but overall I had a very decent stay. The staff communicated in English with me via the translation app and we made it work, so no issues there.
