Reviews
Upon entering Voco Suites Shanghai Hongqiao CBD, Tracy at the front desk quickly and professionally helped me check-in—perfect efficiency! As someone who values service quality, I was deeply touched by her genuine warmth and attentiveness; it truly felt like coming home. It made this Shanghai tango trip a perfect start, and I'll definitely be back!
Location is convenient is you are having something at the NECC.
The hotel is clean and staffs are helpful.
New hotel. Needs cleaning. Very complete breakfast. Staff with a terrible attitude. Not helpful at all.
A delightful hotel with a wonderful breakfast buffet—goodbye diet! Plenty of everything, and most importantly, delicious! Local soup, porridge, salads, herring, cheeses, scrambled eggs, sweets, and delicious watermelon! The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping is impeccable! The workweek was a joy! Thank you so much for all your cooperation with the hotel!
