Vienna International Hotel (Shanghai Dishui Lake Ocean Park)

Horrible experience. Nothing international about this hotel. A motel in Western standard is better than this supposedly 3 start hotel. I would say this is 1-star hotel. Very expensive rates too. CAD $120 per night!! For real!! For this junk! Smelly all around. Fully-Smoking hotel. Lobby and every floor has strong smell despite the fact you see 'No Smoking' signs EVERYWHERE. I had to change my room multiple times until I finally gave up. Not staying another night. Breakfast is awful. Definitely not international. Coffee is powdered Nestle on a heated pot with milk already added. WHAAAAT. Staff barely speak English. Very noisy from the inside and also traffic from outside. Rooms are alright if it wasn't for the smell. I stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels in Shanghai that are cheaper and ten times better.
