The location was fantastic, and the rooms were very clean!
Best experience of my stayed, staff very friendly and respect. I love stayed again..
Occupants: 2 adults and 1 child (6 years old) Room Type: King Room (Double Bed) --- ⭐ Location: Absolutely perfect! The hotel is right next to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, just steps away from M&M, Legoland, and the Bund. Very convenient for eating, shopping, and taking the subway. The area downstairs is lively, but we didn't find it noisy. However, if you're sensitive to noise, we recommend requesting a room on a higher floor in advance (their highest floor is the 6th). ⭐ Room: Small, but clean The room isn't large. After putting in two suitcases and a stroller, it was practically impossible to move around. One unusual thing: the sink isn't inside the bathroom; it's on the right-hand side as you enter the room. Those who mind this should consider this. We specifically asked the hotel staff, and they said that if you want a larger room, choose the family room; the difference is in the seating area and the size of the desk. If you're traveling with a child, we sincerely recommend booking a family room. Hygiene was impeccable: · Towels were changed daily, and they were even individually packaged. · A cleaning lady came daily. · Water was replenished regularly. Hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly without any problems. ⭐ Service: Truly worth mentioning This was the most unexpected aspect of our entire stay. We didn't have Chinese mobile numbers, and we were initially worried about ordering takeout and shopping. However, the hotel staff were incredibly proactive in helping us. They were not only friendly but also genuinely helpful: · Ordering takeout: They ordered food for us using their phones. · Buying luggage: When we needed to buy luggage, a manager surnamed Ruan ordered it for us using his own account. This service went beyond "basic courtesy"; they genuinely wanted to solve our problems. We arrived at the hotel around 1 AM, and the front desk quickly checked us in without any issues from passport checks. Storing luggage was also smooth: On the day we went to Wuzhen, we left our large suitcase in the lobby, they tagged it, and we could retrieve it ourselves when we returned. The hotel has plenty of security cameras, so it felt quite safe. ⭐ Value for Money: No breakfast, no restaurant, but the location and service are worth it. This hotel doesn't have breakfast or a restaurant. There are many places to eat downstairs, but the hotel itself doesn't provide breakfast. For this price, location, and service, it's very reasonable, even exceeding expectations. --- ✅ Summary in One Sentence If you want to stay near Nanjing Road and can accept smaller rooms, this is definitely worth considering. Especially if you're traveling with children or don't have a Chinese mobile number, their service will give you peace of mind. However, for families traveling together, I recommend booking a family room directly.
