It felt like the hotel was just sitting out of place in a local neighborhood lol It was clean and reasonably priced, so I booked it again for my next trip to Shanghai lol. That's how satisfied I was!! I definitely recommend it if you're flying to Hongqiao Airport!! There are lots of great restaurants nearby, a small night market, and a very cheap and fresh fruit shop!! lol (You can use a translator for the language... lol) There's also a famous Chinese sauna near the hotel lol By the way, don't take the pajamas in the room~ You have to buy them lol. You can borrow LPs from the lobby to listen to in your room, bring your own aroma oils, and even brew your own coffee!! I didn't do it because it was a hassle lol I'm definitely going back to enjoy everything!! Highly recommended hehe

Stayed here for 1 night. Rooms are large and clean. Beds and beddings were very comfortable, AC worked very well. The breakfast was fantastic. The surroundings were very interesting with many nostalgic displays of items from old China. The hotel is a short walk away from the Seven Treasures town, which I enjoyed visiting. The only complaint I have is that one of the rooms I got is on the street side: street noise seeped in relentlessly. I definitely want to stay here again if I can get a non-street side room.
A fantastic hotel with a great design! It's a bit far from the city center, but there's an old town nearby to explore, and plenty of good restaurants. Unfortunately, the door opposite my room was badly damaged and hadn't been repaired. It felt like it was vandalized during a police emergency, which gave me a bad feeling and negatively impacted my mood. It was a real shame. The reception staff were very friendly and provided various tea bags, snacks, candies, and cookies. They even had vinyl records available to take back to your room. The breakfast was a little small, and the coffee from the coffee machine wasn't very good. But overall, I'd give it a very high rating!
This is a hotel I would love to stay at again! While it's close to Hongqiao Airport and a bit far from downtown Shanghai, making it inconvenient for sightseeing, it's surrounded by lush greenery, and the interior design is beautifully done. It's a very clean and lovely hotel. I stayed there during the 2025 Lunar New Year, and as a New Year's celebration, I received a special gift in a beautiful red gift box with a ribbon. There were complimentary snacks and tea near the front desk, as well as essential oils for use in the room, which I enjoyed. The room was much larger than I expected, and I was able to listen to records (there are many records available near the front desk to borrow). There was also equipment for grinding my own coffee beans, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including bread in addition to Chinese food. I felt it was well worth the price and I was extremely satisfied. This is a hotel I would like to stay at for an extended period.
A reasonably priced hotel located close to Hongqiao Airport. It costs about 40 yuan by taxi from Hongqiao Airport. 24-hour check-in is available, and the hotel offers a quiet atmosphere with a vintage and retro gallery vibe. The reception is friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. Qibao Old Street is nearby, so you can explore a water town without having to travel all the way to Suzhou or Hangzhou. If you need to shop, you can do so at Vanke Mall, and getting to the city center is convenient as the Line 9 subway station is close by.
