Had smoking smell when I enteted room althorugh it was non-smoking room. And soundproof was too bad I could hear everything from next door.

Decent hotel, our room had everything that you might need, most of the staff are friendly and helpful. There are various shops right outside the hotel, and plenty of take away food stores 5 mins away. Room service food was alright and fairly priced. BUT I can't help not mentioning the cafe bar in the hotel lobby, avoid purchasing anything from there unless you have money to burn. I ordered two coffees for take away, they were prepared in under a minute, I paid, and then I noticed that I was charged 20 dollars. I questioned about the charge and the bartender told me that there is service charge. Yes, you read that right: service charge for take away coffee in plastic cups. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nice premises. Excellent housekeeping. Very good food at the breakfast buffet. But when I was there last week the room was stifling hot and stuffy. The air conditioning didn’t work and turning down the heat didn’t help. Oh - speaking of breakfast, make sure one person stays at your table or leave a personal item sitting on the table. We got up to get coffee and a pastry and by the time we returned the busboy had taken away our food and cutlery so we had to go back to the buffet and start over.

Seriously beautiful hotel, phenomenal staff. Bathtub you could swim in, nice rainfall shower as well. Stunning views, helpful concierge. Shops, bakery & pharmacy close by. Highly recommend this one!

I stayed for 1 night at this hotel. my room was spacious and clean with a good 🛁 the view from 50th floor is stunning. also the dinner buffet was good and plenty options. however its true, English was a burden for the staff. although they were friendly and helpful.
