Room amenities feels outdated.
No bidets in washroom, the hair dryer was those older models, and their shower heads water flow is low and … old.
Could’ve gotten better via boutique hotels.
Disappointed with the stay especially when you know the ACCOR group has a certain standards. ):
Terrible breakfast; stale, old bread is served every day. Dry and like rubber. The small bread rolls are also always old and stale. Stale pain au chocolat, and the small pretzel rolls are too. I stayed there for 5 nights and didn’t get fresh bread even once. Even after I pointed out that I would like fresh bread for breakfast, they just shoved old bread into the pizza oven to make it look fresh somehow. I know that Chinese people eat little to no bread, but since Swissôtel belongs to a French owner, I do expect this standard. The other items are also the exact same every day with hardly any variety. For a 5-star hotel, I expected more! The rooms are also in urgent need of renovation.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay with good service from the team. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
However, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as I was disturbed in the morning by noise from cleaners vacuuming and activity in nearby rooms.
Giving a 3 star rating despite great service and location. The rooms are reasonably large but need a serious overhaul. Facilities are worn and the common areas have a weird sewer smell. Breakfast was not great and neither was the room service food. The air con doesn't work well despite after asking the facilities guy to check it twice. Internet connection is also sketchy. Unlikely to come back unless they renovate.

The rooms here are impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. As an All Accor member, I was treated to excellent benefits, including a late check-out and additional breakfast credits. It really made the stay feel premium and seamless.
The morning breakfast spread is high quality with a great variety of options. It’s definitely worth waking up for!

One of the best modern features of this hotel is the Meituan locker located right behind the hotel door. It makes food or grocery deliveries so easy—the rider simply leaves your items in the secure locker, and you can collect them at your convenience when you return. No more rushing down to meet the driver!
