The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were very nice and went above and beyond to help us. We are very happy with it and will definitely come back.

The location is not really near the attractions like the Bund but it takes around 10-15 minutes travelling by car. The neighborhood next to the hotel is wonderful, they have family mart, chagee, starbucks, aldi and a foodcourt. If you have little kids, you can bring them here in the afternoon, there are lots of local family with kids playing in this area. The hotel itself is quite good, the staff is helpful and informative. However we can’t communicate them via the chatbox on Agoda, but if you have any special requests, you can call them during working time. I did call them and they had noted my request in advance which is a great start for our trip. After all, this would be a worthy stay for your family if you want to experience the local life rather than touristy spots.

Excellent hotel! I stayed for three days. It's located near the river, so the reception staff can recommend a route for a run and a nearby park. Just a few blocks away is a Line 8 subway station, which allows you to transfer and reach any part of the city. You can order food for delivery, and it will be brought to your room by a robot. The breakfast is very plentiful and delicious. I'm vegetarian, and there were plenty of options.
