An excellent & worth spending money for staycation with a rating of 5 star for the hotel, the food excellent asian + chinese cuisine.. Staff are helpful , polite & purely professional There is breakfast and dinner buffet with a large variety of food for everyone Ambience and infra is overwhelming Do make a stay here and have fun
Near government offices, shopping mall, and business district; convenient yet calm environment. I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The service was outstanding—staff were polite, responsive, and very professional. They made sure every request was handled quickly and with a smile. Truly commendable hospitality.
If you're looking for a large-scale, full-service hotel, the Sheraton Zhoushan is it. The property is massive and beautiful, with all the amenities you could need. We had a fantastic time and were very impressed with the overall quality and service. A truly great experience from start to finish.
I stay for one night only booked by company. I pay for 1000cny deposit for 600 rate with my CC, they pay back the rest 1 or 2 days after to my CC account. Room was nice, many menus at breakfast. Good and helpfull staff, thanks in taht time I borrowed screw driver for repair my travel bag...
Its a Marriot Branded Hotel, however does not feel like one. The welcome is non-existent. Does not recognize members ( even though reaching Platinum ) no upgrade and no acknowledgement. Have to request regularly to refill the mineral water in the room, uncomfortable chair for working on the desk in the room. Being a business hotel there maybe cases of longer stays, and thats where the small annoyances come. Room card sometimes does not detect for the elevator or your room. Buffet dinner variety seems to be shrinking and limited supply ( the food doesnt get refilled if empty ) Chefs manning the station would be upset if you request for extra Sashimi. In-room dining can be quite a wait, but the food is much better compared to the buffet. ( its quite a distance walk to the nearest mall ) Location is fine for me, as I do prefer a quieter area when returning back from work. Rooms feel spacious though. Would probably opt for another hotel on my next trip. been here thrice now and the standards just keep dropping since 2022.
