The location is far from the city but there are two lines of metro walkable distance # 6 /# 10 very convenient. The hotel is very nice and big 👌 The rooms are spacious and the view is a spectacular. The hotel staff are not friendly at all. No one say hello except the maid she the only one say hello and good morning. The front desk doesn't care to check you in you will wait for ever. You will sign for no smoking in room, when you check in to your room is smoking🤔 Our breakfast for first morning was fabulous service is great everyone dressed up and at your service 😀 Cheese 🧀 4to 5 kind nuts and dride fruit for your cereal fresh fruits 3-4 types cherry tomatoes and other vegetables for salad 🥗 and cucumbers and watermelon juice fresh to order for free. All this goodies just disappear next day from the breakfast until the end of our stay nothing like our first breakfast. I think someone was very important was visiting that day 🤔 The breakfast was very poor and boring the following days you need to be early. After 9am they don't replenish☹️ Thier is a gym and pool and changing rooms. The pool is crowded with bunch of kids swimming classes. I have to admit the coffee is very good 👍 There is one supermarket close by. Safe box available.
I really wish I could give them 5 stars. It is Somewhat near the airport, staff are nice but barely speaks English even the front desk, and the rooms are decent but water leaks from the faucet stands when I tried to fill the bath tub. Their restaurants are super cold, it’s like they don’t turn on the heat. The bed and pillows are nice. TV has no smart option and the options were either rent the movies or watch Chinese channels… I was on the 31st floor, the internet was in and out and most of the time, it’s out. I don’t know if my floor has a thing to do with it? I was trying to look out the windows but it was near impossible, the windows are so dirty, they definitely never cleaned the windows outside. I get it it’s a tall building and can cost a lot of money? But being a Marriott brand, I just expected some standards. My food from room service came fast and taste standards and hot tempt. So overall, it matched the price I paid for I guess lol
Great hotel with a very upscale vibe. The location is super convenient for those who is doing business in FTZ area, which saved a ton of time on commuting to the office. The rooms are huge and the staff is very professional even though sometimes they do not really speak English.
If you don't need to be right in the center of Shanghai, the Sheraton Hotel is excellent. Just steps from subway line 10, it offers a wide range of on-site amenities, including a spa, Chinese and Japanese restaurants, a bar, a buffet, a sauna, a gym, private rooms for ceremonies and events, a billiards table, and much more. A negative note concerns the variety of the buffet and the quality of the dishes served in the restaurants, which perhaps aren't up to par with the rest of the hotel. Plus to this the Wi-Fi is not working at all, maybe most off the thinks we're blocked because of the country but really unusable. A positive note is definitely the rooms: spacious and bright thanks to large windows, clean and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, from complimentary slippers to Sheraton-branded bathrobes, from detergents to individually wrapped toothbrush and toothpaste kits, etc. Approved with a rating of 8/10.
