We arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m., but they kindly let us check in and gave us our room early, which I really appreciated. A gentleman also escorted us to our room, which was a lovely touch.
The breakfast was delicious. Although the hotel is a little far from the city center, the location was actually very convenient for me because I had some business to take care of in this area.
The best part was definitely the service. A lovely lady with glasses checked me in… I’m so sorry, I forgot her name! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me.
The facilities were excellent, and everything we had at the bar in the evening was delicious as well. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
The breakfast is very good. The location is in a quiet area with nice space and quite close to important sites of the city. Good for business people and tourists.
Rooms are big and comfortable, there is a pool and Jim. The concierge service is the best I ever meet.

Rooms are nice and big. As you can expect from marriot 5* hotel in east, the breakfast was nice and the gym is good.
Service- Internet was very slow. Can be challenging when try to have meetings, and I remind you it's a business hotel.
The location is not so good. No much public transport and nothing much do to in night. So If you are tourist- not the best place for you. But for me it was fine
Excellent hotel. Very fancy and clean rooms. Very good value for money. Amazing breakfast both from variety and quality perspectives.
Location is good for the high tech industry south of the hotel and for access to Pudong international airport.
The only two shortcomings: hotel restaurant (Italian) is just okay (there is a good variety of restaurants right next door to the hotel). Hotel bar - I've never seen it open.
