I stayed here with my partner in my one year old baby and experience excellent service warmth & helpfulness throughout our stay, the rooms are very well designed with quality finish, breakfast is amazing with a selection of Chinese and European choices, the vibe of the hotel is excellent it's very well designed with modern and cool furnishings, very comfortable and cozy, the staff went above and beyond because we had a pram delivered from online and experience some difficulty they helped us to get the delivery sorted and even assembled it for us while we waited definitely recommend for Ambience service comfort and friendliness would stay here again 100% my baby also enjoyed this place. Thanks so much!
Pros:
-Friendly and helpful front desk staff
-Good breakfast with a wide variety of options
Cons:
-Not enough tables during breakfast; may need to wait for a seat
-Weak water pressure in the shower
Overall:
comfortable stay, but improvements in these areas would enhance the experience
The location is excellent. Room size is workable. The only down side is angry women everyday moving at the breakfast area either talking to another person or on the bloody phone. Get a room and mind other people space. Will y’all?
good size rooms. Stayed for one night. was central to all the places I wanted to go. Front desk staff was very helpful esp a lovely lady (MIYA) who called a taxi for me on her personal phone and gave instructions to the driver in mandarin as to where to drop me off. Also made sure I got to the right terminal at Pudong. A very big thank you MIYA. Best hotel breakfast compared to other china hotels I stayed in over the last 20 years
This is a great budget hotel. You’ll will get everything thing you need from it. They have a lovely lobby area and place to work from if you are working remote. It’s a lovely vibe. My issue was size of room. I thought it be alittle bigger but it was still nice and convenient. Location is great and hotel staff are amazing. There is a small super market nearby. Overall it was good.
